Obama overperformed Gore/Kerry both times because of Biden. I'm expecting Delaware to be closer due to Biden not on the ticket,but still out of reach for Republicans.

It'll be more lopsided than that. Even without Biden, it's safe for Hillary.
Biden or not, DE should be in the Likely D or Safe D range. I'd expect more than 10 points for Hillary!
I never said that Delaware was competitive without Biden. I just meant that the Democratic margin of victory would be lower.
Looks like Delaware is more competitive than NH. But yeah, Safe D.
Delaware definitely flips before New Hampshire, for sure.
