Sanders would have been in a landslide win. Do you think the face of anti-trade deals would have lost to Trump in Michigan or Wisconsin?

Any sensible candidate would have won!

Biden, Klobuchar, Sherrie Brown all would've held the rust belt. And the hatred amongst the right for Hillary was incredible that was all the GOTV Trump needed. I just can't Rs turning out as heavily to vote against a Klobuchar or Biden.

That is only part of the story & is not a deciding factor. It also depends on how big you energize your own base & Hillary couldn't inspire shi*. It also depends on independents who broke heavily for Trump in the rust belt it seems! You can add cross over blue collar Dems who have been gutted by Trade deals!

I'd actually give him Georgia, especially with a young, exciting black running mate (Donna Edwards? Anthony Foxx?)

I feel for Bernie supporters tonight. I do. I've been there as a Ron Paul supporter, though even I knew that Paul would never win while Bernie would have. The story of the political revolution is a story still being written.

Why is economics such a polarizing issue among Libertarians in Atlas & in most GOP states?

Surely Civil liberties, Non-interventionist foreign policies, Socially Liberal & individual freedom issues are huge areas of commonality with progressives. I would say there is more in common with Progressives than Republicans.

We had a decent share of Ron Paul & Rand Paul supporters in the Bernie coalition who would never vote for Hillary!

He would have yuge problems with VA, NV and maybe CO though.  Anyway, looks like Democrats got too excited about the New South too soon.

He would have lost CO? Yea his best state after VT in the country where he won 60% odd in a closed system which has one of the highest % of Young voters?

Or NV where he lost narrowly but tied or won the hispanic or white vote!

Very "Non-prejudiced" guess!

I think Bernie would have won Goergia & maybe Arizona too! Those states are incredibly close with 4-5% margin against Hillary. Now I think Bernie could swing the white vote by 3-4% from Trump & that would have been enough!

NH would have been an absolute rout for Trump!
