No, for two reasons.

1. Trump is too petty to forget Romney's "disloyalty" and would not want to do it.
2. Romney is too bright not to see that Trump is an insecure micromanager, who would either undermine the Treasury's decisions or just outright fire the Secretary, when it suits him politically.

On top of it, there are many better options for Treasury than Romney.
