It's interesting that this group claims to support civil rights yet doesn't have the balls to add a ban on discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in their proposal.

This gives an indication as to their real motives in wishing to ban affirmative action.

Well, I oppose the ban, although it is fascinating that conservatives who are up in arms over, say, the Civil Rights Act (for infringing on the rights of employers who choose to segregate) would support a ban on affirmative action.
