I can see people rocking up and staging a fight for the sake of giving Donald bad press. I can see Donald supporters not backing down.

It's like a WWF event.

The amazing thing is the massive attention spike that would cause will probably help him in the polls.

That would barely qualify as PG rated to be honest.

Yet to see any violent incidents on film. Ripping a Trump poster in two is not considered violence.

I dont want it to happen, but it would be useful to post evidence of these incidents if you are using them in your political analysis of these rallies.

Same with previous incident yesterday. Alleged, but no video footage of a woman manhandled with cameras all around her.



In Chicago, just saw a few young men of middle eastern appearance yelling "Bernie". They were peacefully protesting in the middle of the crowd trying to appear rowdy.

I dont think they are committing a crime.

Still G rated happy looking guys though. They were not violent in the slightest.

I saw a 15yo girl stick the middle finger up at another 15 yo girl. That might be PG rated.

This style of protesting will have the opposite effect however, and send Trump's polling numbers into the stratosphere.

The Chicago PD has said no one has been arrested or injured.

So much for "fights" and "utter chaos". Turning the TV back to mud wrestling which to be honest, has more violence.

Is there any photo or video evidence of actual violence?

I saw one punch. You also see some pushing and some yelling.

As a non-USA citizen, I cannot gauge what effect this style of protesting would have.

Just have to wait and see the polls.

I dont know which threads/posts I like more:

(a) "It's the end of Trumps campaign" because of an incident where has was all over the news with drama packed headlines, so my anxiety about Hillary not becoming President is relieved temporarily; or

(b) "Why is Trump popular" followed by personal statements of hatred against him unrelated to real worl issues so my anxiety about Hillary not becoming President is relieved temporarily.

To people saying that this riot will hurt him in November:

We are in mid-March. Nobody will remember this incident in November.

Regarding the primaries, this storyline will help. He looks sympathetic, somewhat.

Do you really think that this is going to be the last incident?  Do you seriously believe that?

There will be violence at the upcoming Trump rallies. Someone will actively try and hurt Donald by throwing a shoe at him.

There will be a lot more security in the crowd.

There will be a lot more people in the crowd secretly protesting who erupt will erupt in violence for media attention.

Every Trump-loving vigilante and their dog will come running like cage fighters to defend the crowd.

Violence begets violence.

When your campaign is in large part based on spewing hate and divisiveness, you shouldn't be surprised when you get hate spewed right back at you.

I don't agree with the protesters' methods by any means, but lets not pretend that Trump is an innocent victim here.  We might be entering the most violent and hateful campaign in recent history, and Trump deserves much of the blame for creating this situation.

As Vosem does not like Trump, he will exercise his right to protest.

Vosem is a licensed gun owner.

Vosem is planning to take a concealed gun inside the rally.

Bernie supporters, how would you feel if thousands of Trump supporters showed up at a Bernie rally and were screaming and behaving like hooligans and threatening you and holding threatening signs and some were even getting violent?  How do you think the media would react and what would people be demanding from Trump?

Even Cruz supporters should be ashamed of this display by progressive leftist protesters.  This is the very def of shutting down peoples freedom of speech and right assemble.   Those Trump supporters had every right to be there and listen to Trump.  If the opposition don't like what he has to say then disagree, then vote against him.  That's the system we have in this country.  


So basically you have to 100% agree with the liberals point of view in order to hold a rally?   If its come to that then screw the election and just make Hillary or the Socialist president .. better yet just outlaw conservatives from voting all together.
