I found it interesting that Clinton's rating has literally 'fallen off a cliff'.

If this is correct, we can simply revisit this page in 3 weeks time and we should see Trump 5 points clear.

I think the poll is suspect.

Every time Trump is steam-rolling towards the lead and Hillary is falling off a cliff, the lines meet, then Hillary hits the lead again.

It's manipulated data not representative or useful as a predictive tool of the actual outcome.
