So I'm mostly Eskimo and Puerto Rican, so I googled stereotypes for both because I have no idea.

Puerto Rican:
Loud? Yeah I can be sometimes.
Crazy? Not really. I've had a couple moments, though.
Lazy? I have my moments but overall not lazy.
Eat lots of rice and beans? Sometimes, but not often.
Cover every piece of furniture in my home in plastic? No. I have dogs. I can't have nice things.
Always have flags, coquis, and pavas around my house? No. But I do want a coqui tattoo.
Refer to myself as Boricua? No
Speak Spanish? No, but I know enough to understand what people are talking about.

I also hate avocados and plantains.

Eskimo:
Live in an igloo? No. Nor have I (or anyone else really)
Eat whale? It's actually my favorite food.
Alcoholic? No, I actually don't drink that much to begin with.
Can handle the cold? I hate the cold.
Go ice fishing? No
Wear parkas? I haven't worn one since I was very young.
Live in villages? No, I've actually never lived in the village with my family.
Get mad when being called Eskimo? No. I actually don't like the term "Inuit".
Best friends with polar bears? I like not being dead.
