Our CBS affiliate - KUTV 2 out of Salt Lake City put up a poll during this evening's 5:00 news that puts UT-04 as a tied race at 43% apiece between Incumbent Democrat Jim Matheson and Republican Saratoga Springs Mayor Mia Love.  This came out on the day that early voting officially begins in Utah (October 23).
