The 10th circuit court in Denver has agreed to move the hearing over Oklahoma's Same Sex Marriage decision by the lower court judge in Tulsa to the front of the line.  My question is, if the higher court judge upholds the lower court ruling, how will that play out in the 2014 mid terms and the race for Coburn's Senate Seat?  Will that spar some Democrats to enter the race with some wind at their backs and some fodder for their campaigns?  How will this affect Gov. Mary Fallin?

I know everything is Safe R, but I'm wondering if it might not make the GOP sweat just a bit.
