Um, there will be an equal number of conservatives (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, Alito) and liberals (Ginsburg, Breyer, Stevens, Souter) until someone retires.

Kennedy, the swing vote, leans liberal.

If you think Kennedy is far-right, you are a joke. Scalia is almost 70.

No, four who hate the Constitution (Ginsburg, Breyer, Stevens, Souter), one person who only dislikes the Constitution (Kennedy), and four who actually support most of it (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, Alito).
