Marco Rubio's response to Newt Gingrich in Savannah, Georgia

So, Newt Gingrich has portrayed me as a Republican insider. Well I've got to remind you, Mr. Speaker, that you are yourself an insider and you are yourself from the establishment. You were Speaker of the House for four years. You earned a chance to lead our party and to lead the House and you failed miserably and had to resign in disgrace.

I have respect for Speaker Gingrich, but I have no lectures to receive from a man who teamed with Nancy Pelosi on climate change, fined 300 000 dollars for ethic violations and was paid 1.6 million dollars by the head lobbyist of Freddie Mac with whom he had a contract at a time when my home state of Florida, by the way, was suffering as a result in part of Freddie Mac. So let me tell you, Mr. Speaker, if you want a friendly advice, think before you speak.

Jeff Sessions' national security policy speech in front of undecided voters at the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama

My friends, our nation is under attack. We see a growing international terrorist threat marked by ISIS' rise. This is due to Barack Obama's naive attitude and lack of leadership that withdrew our troops at the wrong time, thus giving these radical Islamic terrorists the opportunity to take control of an important part of Iraq and Syria while commiting genocides against populations such as the Kurds, Christians, mainstream Muslims, etc. and beheading, crucifying and burning their hostages. Iran wants America's death and yet President Obama allowed Iran, through this nuclear deal, to get the necessary revenues to build nuclear weapons that will target America, Israel and all of our allies. Terrorists are getting among the flows of Syrian refugees coming here. The Obama administration allowed them to pass, which gave clandestine terrorists to commit terrorist attacks on our soil, killing innocent Americans for what they believe.

We need a true leader to keep America safe and Marco Rubio is that leader. He will secure our borders and put in place background checks on refugees in order to make sure that no terrorist will cross our borders. He will protect the Second Amendment, so you can defend yourselves against any terrorist who wants to kill you. He will reinforce and modernize our military and expand our alliances so we can defeat ISIS like the evil it is. By restoring sanctions on Iran, Marco Rubio will make sure that Iranians will never have nuclear weapons and will not trigger any war in the Middle East.

Peace requires strength and American leadership. Marco Rubio knows it, he has been tested over and over again on every national security matter and he won everytime. He is ready to be commander-in-chief and our country will be safe under his leadership. He is the only one in this race who can be trusted on national security matters.

So folks, I call to all of you to come out and vote for Marco Rubio today for the sake of a better, stronger and peaceful America.

Thank you all. God bless Alabama and God bless the United States of America.

Marco Rubio's speech on tax policy in Macon, Georgia

My tax policy will reduce the government at its smallest size we've ever seen in America's history. Our people will have a stronger purchasing power and will have a much better chance to find a job. We will abolish the IRS and replace it with a 15 % flat tax. Our corporate tax rate will go from 40 % to 20 %, the cost of doing business will be lowered, regulations will be abolished and Dodd Frank will be repealed which will make America the best place in the world to do business and make our companies competitive here and in the world economy. Energy independence through increased oil drilling will give us the necessary revenues to develop renewable energies and to keep boosting job creation. Tax cuts and regulation cuts on our manufacturing industry will help us to keep American manufacturing jobs. By reforming our education system through school choice, everyone will have access to education. Through job creation, Obamacare's repeal, defunding Planned Parenthood and reducing government spending, we will balance the budget. That's how we will make America prosperous again.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among fiscal conservatives, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad describing Marco Rubio as the only real fiscal conservative among the four presidential candidates, Republican or Democrat, because he is the only one who seeks to repeal Dodd Frank in order to make America a business-friendly environment while slamming Rubio's rivals, without mentioning them by name, for their support to Dodd Frank.

The ad titled « More Freedom and More Prosperity » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« More Freedom and More Prosperity » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Among all the four remaining presidential candidates, Republican or Democrat, three of them support Dodd Frank, a big government liberal policy that is making big banks bigger by expanding regulations through an army of lawyers and compliance officers, that is reducing consumer choice while driving consumer costs and the compliance burden higher and that is eviscerating small businesses and small banks by wiping out small and mid-size banks that loan money to small businesses, which is causing small businesses' decline as well as job losses.

Among all the four remaining presidential candidates, Marco Rubio is the only one who demonstrated fiscal conservative faith and seeks to repeal Dodd Frank in order to allow small banks to survive, to encourage consumption and to get small businesses working again to hire, which will make America the best place in the world to do business.

If you want a real fiscal conservative to help making America the business-friendly environment, to help creating jobs and to restore America's prosperity, vote for Marco Rubio on Tuesday.

Marco Rubio's town hall meeting with undecided voters in Corpus Christi, Texas

Voter 1 : Senator Rubio, I am concerned about our national security but also about our Second Amendment. Do you believe that the terrorist threat is a reason why the Second Amendment as well as the right to wear fireweapons and to ensure self-defense must be protected?

Marco Rubio : Yes, I do. If a terrorist goes after somebody and tries to kill his target while this person possesses a gun, these people will be able to defend themselves, thus removing the threat. The only individuals who don't deserve to possess weapons are the terrorists and suspected terrorists. As all my colleagues in the Senate and all conservatives agree about, we must allow the Attorney General to Delay transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists, which will stop them from getting weapons and prevent massive shootings or terrorist attacks. That's how we can ensure security for our people while protecting the Second Amendment.

Voter 1 : Thank you Senator, you have my vote.

Voter 2 : Senator, as we all know, most of Texas' economy is based on oil industry and I hope that we will approve the Keystone XL pipeline because I am unemployed since five months. As we all know, this pipeline will contribute to the creation of 42 000 new jobs, but I want know, how do you plan to increase the number of direct jobs created through the construction of this pipeline?

Marco Rubio : By cutting a deal with TransCanada to make sure that the pipeline will be built with U.S.-made pipe. That way, not only we will create tens of thousands of jobs through increased oil drilling through Keystone XL pipeline but also boost job creation in our manufacturing industry.

Voter 2 : Thanks. You are now my choice for the Republican nomination and I will vote for you on Super Tuesday.

Voter 3 : Senator Rubio, I'd like to know how do you plan to make sure that China will collaborate with the United States to stop North Korea's nuclear threat?

Marco Rubio : Well, you know, some Chinese companies are serving as financial intermediaries to North Korea in order to fund the pursuit of the development of North Korea's nuclear arsenal. Instead of benefiting to Chinese businesses, consumers and unemployed people, this money goes to North Korea, which I believe will encourage China to work with us in order to stop that money to fall in North Korea's hands by sanctioning these companies that are helping Pyongyang in its quest for nuclear weapons, which I think will promote more job creation for China. So I think it will encourage Beijing to increase pressure on North Korea along with us through an increased military presence that will deter any North Korean military offensive against its neighbors and prevent any nuclear war on the Pacific.

Voter 3 : Thank you Senator Rubio, you definitely have my vote.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among hawkish voters and undecided voters who selected foreign policy and terrorism as the most important issue and to win the Massachusetts Republican primary, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad showing pictures of the Boston Marathon terrorist bombing in 2013 and describing this event as a great example of the seriousness of radical Islamic terrorist's threat while praising Marco Rubio's foreign policy experience and plan to defeat terrorism.

The ad titled « Stronger, Safer and Freer » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« Stronger, Safer and Freer » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Three years ago, two radical Islamic terrorists committed a terrorist attack during the Boston Marathon, killing 2 people and wounding 280 others. But thanks to the bravery, solidarity and collaboration of Bostonians, we removed that threat, killed one of these terrorists and arrested the other one. These events demonstrated how serious the terrorist threat is just like it became much more serious today due to ISIS' rise and terrorist attacks on American soil, especially in Garland, San Bernardino and Philadelphia. We must stay on our guards, which the Obama administration has failed to do by cutting in security and in the military.

Thanks to his foreign policy experience, Marco Rubio will keep us safe and free. He will allow the Attorney General to Delay transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists, modernize our security measures and technologies, reinforce our military, strengthen and expand our strategic military alliances, fight terrorists on their turf, sanction any state sponsor of terrorism and establish background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them, which will help us to arm the right rebel groups and allow the anti-ISIS Syrian rebels to fight ISIS. That's we're going to defeat radical Islamic terrorism and that's how America and its allies will win the War on Terror and ensure victory for freedom and justice.

Mike Huckabee's rally with a crowd undecided voters in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Most of the states voting on Super Tuesday are Southern states. You know, for many decades, the South, including my home state of Arkansas, was a Democratic stronghold. But, when I became Governor we started, thanks to our conservative policies, to take on the Clinton/Gore machine. When George W. Bush became President in 2000, we defeated the Clinton/Gore machine and the South definitely became a Republican stronghold.

I know we can make progress and breakthroughs in other regions, which requires to nominate a candidate who seeks to be President for all Americans, which is a quality that I see in Marco Rubio. He proposed tax cuts and regulation cuts for our manufacturing industry in order to keep American manufacturing jobs here in this country. He proposed to lower our corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %, which will help us to create American jobs by pursuing our quest for open markets, by reducing our people's and our businesses' fiscal burden and by making it for American businesses to create jobs. Thanks to his tax policy, Marco Rubio's plan will help agricultural businesses, tractor companies and seed companies to innovate and to manufacture more tractors and seeds, which will boost job creation, improve agricultural technologies, ensure America's subsistence, reduce food prices through the reduction of inflation and reduce Americans' dependence on food stamps, which will reinforce their purchasing power and give them more access to food. Rubio's plan will help us to win big in the Rust Belt on Election Day, all the more so than no matter who the Democrats will nominate, they will be led by a socialist candidate that will diminish free enterprise and our economy through their extremely liberal and big government policies.

As we saw, including during the previous four Republican contests for the nomination, Marco Rubio managed to attract new voters to our party. They came by hundreds of thousands and they expanded our party. Senator Rubio won big among young voters, Hispanics, African Americans, evangelicals, Independents, etc. These new voters were tired of the broken promises of the last eight years and they decided to give America a new voice for the sake of a brighter future for this great and beautiful country. Thanks to their support and thanks to your support, folks, we will win the nomination and the presidency of the United States and get America back on track.

Marco Rubio will be the most conservative Republican nominee we ever had since Ronald Reagan. He will defend every unborn life under every circumstance, he will protect the Second Amendment as well freedom of religion, free enterprise, and every element of the Constitution of the United States. Under a conservative leadership by Marco Rubio as our presidential nominee, all conservatives of all kinds will be united, will lead us to victory and lead America to victory.

That's why Marco Rubio needs you to give him your support and your vote on Tuesday.

Marco Rubio's response to Stephen Pearcy on Social Media

In case Mr. Pearcy forgot it, my slogan is not Yes We Will. It's A New American Century. When it comes to Yes We Will, I use these terms only once, not more, and I am not Barack Obama. If you wanted to run against Barack Obama, you should have run four years ago. So your claims on which slogan I'm running on are inaccurate.

By the way, I've heard Mr. Pearcy saying many times « Make America Great Again », which is a part of Ronald Reagan's slogan which was « Let's Make America Great Again ». Mr. Pearcy, you are no Ronald Reagan.

So let's calm down a little bit with the slogans and let's talk about the real issues and the real concerns of the American people.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad narrating Obamacare's negative effects on the economy and on healthcare while describing Marco Rubio's plan to repeal Obamacare as well as his own healthcare plan.

The ad titled « For a Fair Healthcare System » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« For a Fair Healthcare System » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Time is running out. Obamacare cost trillion of dollars and the federal government cut Medicare by $500 billion. Since ObamaCare’s passage, many Americans have seen the law transition from a political mess to a personal disaster. Some have lost access to their doctors or the insurance plans they were happy with. Many have been forced to pay higher premiums and higher deductibles. Others have lost their jobs or had their hours cut. And the American economy as a whole has labored under the negative effects of Obamacare’s $1.2 trillion tax hike.

But Marco Rubio led the fight to stop Obamacare's taxpayer-funded bailouts of the insurance industry and, was successful in blocking them from taking place. But more must be done. As President of the United States, Marco Rubio will repeal and replace Obamacare with a plan that will protect the 10th amendment of the Constitution of the United States that give more powers to the states on this matter, create an advanceable, refundable tax credit that all Americans can use to purchase health insurance, reform insurance regulations to lower costs, encourage innovation, and protect the vulnerable and place Medicare and Medicaid on fiscally-sustainable paths.

If you want a candidate with proven leadership on Obamacare, Marco Rubio is your candidate and he will finish the work of making healthcare fair and accessible for all Americans.

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Marco Rubio's town hall meeting with undecided voters in Athens, Georgia

Voter 1 : Senator Rubio, our national security has diminished partly because of illegal immigration by which terrorists crossed our borders. What is your plan to secure our borders?

Marco Rubio : Under my plan, we'll hire 20,000 new border agents. We will finish the 700 miles of fencing and walls our nation needs. We'll have mandatory E-verify, a mandatory entry/exit tracking system and until all of that is in place and all of that is working and we can prove to the people of this country that illegal immigration is under control.

We are not going to round up and deport 12 million people, but we're not going to hand out citizenship cards, either. There will be a process. We will see what the American people are willing to support. But it will not be unconstitutional executive orders like the ones Barack Obama has forced on us.

We won’t be able to take more refugees. It’s not that we don’t want to, it's that we can't. We could be potentially open to the relocation of some of these individuals at some point in time to the United States. But we will always be concerned that someone with a terrorist background could also sneak in among the refugees.

That's why we have to reinforce our borders in order to make sure that no terrorist crosses our borders.

Voter 1 : Thank you Senator, you can count on me to vote for you.

Voter 2 : Senator, as we see, the economy is the main issue of this election. I'm undecided between you and Mr. Pearcy who is supporting Dodd Frank. Why should Dodd Frank be repealed?

Marco Rubio : Because it is making big banks bigger by expanding regulations through an army of lawyers and compliance officers, that is reducing consumer choice while driving consumer costs and the compliance burden higher and that is eviscerating small businesses and small banks by wiping out small and mid-size banks that loan money to small businesses, which is causing small businesses' decline as well as job losses. Dodd Frank is the problem and its repeal will help small business to grow, to innovate, to produce and to create jobs.

Voter 2 : Thanks. My support goes to you.

Voter 3 : Senator Rubio, what is your plan to capture or kill Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS?

Marco Rubio : We firstly need to increase our defense budget and defeat ISIS with our military.
Our NATO allies got attacked over and over again by ISIS more than ever before and they share our goal of defeating radical Islamic terrorism, so they will join us in this military offensive against ISIS. We also need to modernize our intelligence and military technologies to find and destroy terrorist positions. I will also make sure that we capture or kill al-Baghdadi by reinforcing our geopolitical strategic alliances. As a consequence, thanks to the collaboration with our local allies, to our military power as well as India's Turkey's military powers, and to the great number of American and allied troops in Syria and Iraq, we will cut ISIS resources, surround ISIS territory, force ISIS fighters to divide their forces for the defense of all the corners of their territory and defeat ISIS more easily. That way, we will finally find al-Baghdadi's refuge, attack it and capture or kill him, thus weakening ISIS, leading to its end, thus bringing peace, stability and justice back in the Middle East.

Voter 3 : Thank you Senator Rubio, you definitely have my vote.

George H. W. Bush's speech in Austin, Texas

All my adult life, I served my country and my people in many different areas. I fought World War II as a naval aviator, I co-founded and ran the Zapata Petroleum Corporation, a prosperous company that created jobs and is contributing to America's energy independence, I've been in the House of Representatives for four years before becoming Ambassador to the United Nations and  Director of Central Intelligence. And I am proud to have been Ronald Reagan's partner in the Reagan Revolution as his Vice-President after a time of uncertainty followed by a time of optimism marked by the creation of 16 million jobs through smaller government, lower taxes and regulations and a reduction of the inflation and by America's victory in the Cold War through a stronger U.S. military and a stronger diplomacy. And I proudly served our country as the 41st President of the United States during a time when the Berlin Wall fell and when we defended Kuwait against Saddam Hussein.

Now, after eight years of national division, slow economic growth and growing terrorist threat, time has come for a new generation to lead America. I know, through all my experience, that there is no candidate in this race better prepared to lead this country than Senator Marco Rubio. As a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, he knows what it takes to get this economy working again for all of our people, which he will do by reducing taxes, regulations and government spending, abolishing the IRS, pursuing our quest for open markets to make America competitive, reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, leading us to energy independence, reforming our education system and balancing our budget. As a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, he knows what it takes to keep America safe, which he will do through a stronger military, stronger alliances, stronger American leadership in the fight against ISIS and international terrorism, sanctions that will prevent a nuclear Iran and prevention of any war on the Pacific through sanctions against North Korea and its financial intermediaries, an anti-missile defense program on the Pacific and collaboration with our local allies.

That's how we're going to get to a New American Century for a brighter future for us, for our children and for the generations to come. Such a peaceful, prosperous, bright and fair future for the American people requires Marco Rubio's election to the presidency of the United States of America. Tonight, we will make history by clearing the path to Marco Rubio's nomination and to our victory in November, which means America's victory. And I call all of you to come out and vote for Marco Rubio, the next President of the United States of America.

Thank you. God bless you all and God bless America.

Marco Rubio's counter-terrorism policy speech in Garland, Texas

Here we are, in Garland, the city where ISIS committed its first terrorist attack on the American soil. This is a civilizational struggle, between the values of freedom and liberty and radical Islamic terror. Multiplied attacks in Europe and here in the United States have proven that ISIS has the ambitions and capabilities to execute large-scale attacks against the West and harm Americans here at home. There is no middle ground. These aren't disgruntled or disempowered people; these are radical terrorists who want to kill us, because we let women drive, because we let girls go to school. There can be no arrangement or negotiation. Either they win, or we do. For us, the choice is very easy : America's victory, freedom's victory, democracy's victory and justice's victory.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among evangelicals, social conservatives, constitutional conservatives and pro-lifers, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad slamming Stephen Pearcy and questioning his conservative credentials for being unclear on which issues his appointee to replace Justice Scalia at the SCOTUS would be « very moderate » and reiterating Rubio's promise to nominate a constitutional conservative at the SCOTUS.

The ad titled « Conservative Leadership » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas

« Conservative Leadership » advertisement narration :

Narrator : During an interview with CNN, Stephen Pearcy has said Mr. Pearcy has said that his appointee to replace Justice Scalia would be a constitutionalist that must also be very moderate on some issues. He remained unclear on which issues his nominee would be moderate. On abortion? On same-sex marriage? On giving constitutional rights to Guantanamo terrorists? Abortion is never good, we don't settle a disaster through another disaster that kills an unborn baby. Like Marco Rubio said, we can promote adoptions instead, which will give these children the right to live and to be loved and allow women who don't want to have child not to have it without killing him. Guantanamo terrorists are not U.S. citizens and they committed terrorist attacks against the United States and our allies, killing tens of thousands of people around the world.

For Marco Rubio, the criteria for his nominee to replace Antonin Scalia is absolutely clear. It will be a constitutional conservative who will wholeheartedly defend all the values that make America great : free enterprise, the right to self-defense through the protection of the Second Amendment, promotion of life through restricting abortion, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press and national security.

We need real conservative leadership and we need it now, which will happen under President Marco Rubio.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad narrating Rubio's pledge to approve the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline and the effects of increased oil drilling on the U.S. economy and on national security.

The ad titled « American Energy Advantage » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas

« American Energy Advantage » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Throughout his presidency, Barack Obama opposed the construction of Keystone XL pipeline, thus killing opportunities to boost job creation in America, making us more dependent on foreign oil and handing revenues from this dependence to terrorists who will use these capitals to prepare terrorist attacks. Barack Obama's anti-growth agenda hurts not only the economy but also national security.

As President of the United States, Marco Rubio will approve the construction of Keystone XL pipeline and of the Dakota Access Pipeline, which will increase oil drilling and create over 100 000 new jobs. By getting to energy independence, we will get revenues, which a part will be invested into the development of renewable energies, which will improve our ecological footprint while encouraging further job creation. America's energy independence will also deprive terrorists of revenues from our energy dependence to organize their terrorist activities, thus weakening terrorist groups and reinforcing national security.

Vote Marco Rubio for the sake of America's prosperity and security.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among voters who selected foreign policy as the most important issue of this election, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad slamming Stephen Pearcy on his claim that the Iran nuclear deal was a « step in the right direction towards peace » and narrating Marco Rubio's plan to stop this nuclear threat.

The ad titled « Judgement, Leadership and Peace » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« Judgement, Leadership and Peace » advertisement narration :

Narrator : During the first Republican presidential debate, Stephen Pearcy gave the following answer on what he would do about the Iran nuclear deal.

Stephen Pearcy : Well I feel like it is a step in the right direction towards peace.

Narrator : Is this true when this deal allows Iran from getting the necessary revenues from the lifting of the sanctions to develop nuclear weapons and to keep sponsoring international terrorism?

Is this true if these nuclear weapons are aimed to strike the United States and their allies, especially Israel? Is this true if Iran annihilates Israel, which would give terrorist groups like the Hezbollah or Sinai Province (branch of ISIS) an opportunity to take control of Israel's territory, to make it a terrorist haven and to use it as a springboard to prepare and commit terrorist attacks in the Middle East and in Europe?

Absolutely not. This is not a step in the right direction towards peace. It's a step closer to chaos, to stronger terrorist threat and to a nuclear war triggered by Iran. Stephen Pearcy has proven that he doesn't have the foreign policy experience and judgement to keep us safe.

Marco Rubio has a plan to stop the Iranian nuclear threat. As President, he will repeal this so-called deal and restore diplomatic and economic sanctions against Iran to make sure they will never have the necessary money to develop nuclear weapons and to sponsor international terrorism. He will put in place a comprehensive missile defense program that will create an anti-missile shield that will intercept and destroy any nuclear missile launched by Iran and that Iran will use its nuclear energy not for military purposes but for economic purposes. Nuclear energy should be used for Iran's economic growth. That way, there will be no war against Iran and international peace and security will be preserved and reinforced.

The ad titled « National Security Mistake » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« National Security Mistake » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Stephen Pearcy wants to close Guantanamo Bay, an idea that is unpopular among the American people.

Guantanamo's closing will be bad news for America's national security because terrorists detained in Guantanamo are too dangerous to be released or transferred in the United States or anywhere. They can seize any opportunity to escape, to be on the run once again and to commit terrorist attacks against the United States or their allies.

Here is an important example of this matter of fact. After being detained in Guantanamo for terrorist activities, Said Ali al-Shiri, an Al-Qaeda jihadist, was released in 2007. After that, he returned to terrorism, co-founded the radical Islamic terrorist organization called Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) in addition of calling upon Somali pirates to increase their attacks on western shipping and leading the Al-Qaeda insurgency in Yemen, killing thousands of people before being killed by a U.S. drone.

We can't afford to repeat that mistake that allowed more terrorist attacks. Under Marco Rubio's leadership, we will fight and defeat terrorism, ISIS fighters captured alive will be sent to Guantanamo and we're going to find out everything they know, which will help us to keep America safe.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad describing the Florida Senator as the candidate who has the best experience, background and record to lead America, to grow the economy and to keep America safe.

The ad titled « Proven Leadership » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« Proven Leadership » advertisement narration :

Narrator : Among all the presidential candidates, no one is better prepared to lead America than Senator Marco Rubio. As a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship and as a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, he knows what it takes to restore free market and free enterprise, to create jobs, to make American businesses competitive again and to ensure America's prosperity. As a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations as well as of the Select Committee on Intelligence, he knows what is required to keep America safe, to fight and defeat radical Islamic terrorism, to make sure that Iran never gets nuclear weapons and to maintain peace and security on the Pacific. Which makes him the most qualified to be President and Commander-in-Chief.

He has a clear and great record of accomplishments. In the Senate, he cosponsored the AGREE Act that increased tax credits and exemptions for companies investing in R & D, equipment and other capital and gave tax credits for veterans opening a business franchise. Three years ago, he cosponsored the Regulation Costs to Small Businesses Act, which required the Small Business Administration to conduct an annual study to estimate the total cost of regulations on small businesses. He successfully sponsored the 2014 VA reform law by introducing a measure that empowered the VA secretary to hold managers accountable for incompetence, negligence and corruption and to care more about veterans than bureaucrats. He pushed for Venezuela human rights sanctions that passed into law in order to condemn the tyrannical Venezuelan regime of Nicolas Maduro and to promote freedom and democracy in this country. Passage of his sponsored Girls Count Act increased U.S. foreign assistance on the establishment of birth registries to properly document childbirth and prevent kids' exploitation, trafficking or exclusion from society. His efforts to defund Obamacare saved taxpayers $2.5 billion that would have bailed out health insurance companies under Obamacare if we didn't act. He authored legislation that became law and that sanctions Hezbollah and, by extension, Iran for supporting terrorism. And, in order to stop North Korea from reinforcing its nuclear arsenal and to keep us safe against the North Korean threat, he co-sponsored the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 that increased sanctions against North Korea and against companies or banks that transfer dollars to the regime of Kim Jong-un who would have used these capitals to fund the development of its nuclear arsenal.

No wonder that he is the Republican candidate that Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders don't want to face in the General Election. But they will have to, which will lead us to victory under Marco Rubio's leadership and get us to a bright, safe and prosperous future for all the country and for every American.

Marco Rubio Campaign GOTV Video
In an effort to encourage all of Marco Rubio's supporters in all the states voting on Super Tuesday to come out and vote for Rubio on Super Tuesday on March 1, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts a GOTV video featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger who reprises some of his quotes from his famous character in Terminator.

The video titled « About You » airs in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont

« About You » video narration :

I'm back!

I am Arnold Schwarzenegger and just like you I am deeply concerned about America's future. Over the last eight years, we saw America's economic decline through big government policies that raised taxes, regulations and government spending, weakened our people's purchasing power, killed American jobs and shipped American businesses overseas, made us dependent on foreign oil, made us less competitive in the world economy, made education less accessible for our people and increased the deficit.

But now we have a chance to reverse that situation and to restore economic prosperity. We will seize this chance by electing Marco Rubio at the presidency of the United States. As President, he will make the government smaller than ever before, cut taxes, regulations and spending, increase oil drilling and production in order to help us taking advantage of our own energy resources, reduce the cost of doing business in America, lower our corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %, which will make us competitive in the global economy, he will balance the budget and he will reform our education system through school choice will give parents the option to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of integration into the workforce. This is how every young American, no matter their income, will have a fair chance to succeed, to find a good-paying job and to live the American Dream. That's how our economy will shine again.

Over the last eight years, we saw our national security decreasing due to stronger terrorist threat, to the rise of ISIS, to Iran's developing nuclear arsenal and to North Korea's nuclear threat. America is under attack as we saw in Garland, San Bernardino and Philadelphia. This is due to the Obama administration's massive cuts in defense budget and in our security measures. Our allies trust us less and our enemies are encouraged to test us. As President of the United States, Marco Rubio will reinforce our security measures as well as our military and our alliances, he will fight and defeat radical Islamic terrorism through our military arsenal and troops and he will arm anti-ISIS forces, including the Kurds and Syrian rebels that we'll have background checked. That's how we're going to defeat terrorism. President Rubio will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons through stronger sanctions that prevent any revenue from falling into the hands of the Iranian government, which will ensure peace and stability in the Middle East. He will maintain and reinforce peace on the Pacific Ocean through a stronger American presence on this ocean, collaboration with our local allies, sanctions against Pyongyang and an anti-missile shield that will destroy any missile launched by North Korea and targeting us or our allies.

This election is about you, about your children and about future generations. This is about America's future. The choice is another four more dark years like the last eight years or a path to a brighter future through America's promise of prosperity, freedom, fairness and security. This is a path to a New American Century and this is a path promoted by Marco Rubio, the next President of the United States.

So I call all of you voters of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Vermont to come out and vote for Marco Rubio today.

Vote for Marco Rubio if you want America to live!

Marco Rubio's response to Stephen Pearcy in Wichita, Kansas

I think Stephen Pearcy has forgot that he becoame himself a politician by running for President. I am doing exactly what you asked me to do : running an honest campaign unlike Pearcy's campaign during which he's been telling lies. He lied about my tax plan, he lied about the Patriot Act, he lied about my record in taking on Wall Street and he lied about my plan to arm Syrian rebels without any danger. No wonder that I largely won among the voters who selected the « Tells it like it is » option as their top candidate quality. And not only my campaign is a honest campaign, but this also an optimistic campaign. And Mr. Pearcy, please stop acting as if you were Ronald Reagan. You are no Ronald Reagan.

Marco Rubio's victory speech in Dallas, Texas

Thank you my friends!

Thanks to your support, we had a very big night tonight and we are now approximately in half way from the nomination. After eight years of Barack Obama marked by growing terrorist threat and sluggish economic growth, the American people decided to go to the polls on this Super Tuesday in order to decide who is the best to lead America for the future, to bring justice, security, prosperity and national unity back in the United Staes of America. I listened to your worries and concerns, I proposed real solutions and the American people finally found his way and followed it in order to get out of crossroads. I'm proud to see our party growing due to a greater vote participation today on Super Tuesday. More minority voters, especially Hispanics and African-Americans, went to the polls today than ever before in a Republican presidential primary race because they are disappointed of Barack Obama's failure and they want to earn a better life, they want to prosper through tax cuts, stronger purchasing power, free trade with Latin America, education system reform and immigration system reform. And that's exactly the agenda I'm proposing.

That way, todos el pueblo de los Estados Unidos de America se brindará a esos detenidos una oportunidad justo de prosperar en America, el tierra de las oportunidades.

This great victory on Super Tuesday will push us to win the Republican nomination, to unite and grow our party, to promote an agenda that will bring America together, to defeat Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders on November and to bring this country back on track and in the right direction, which includes energy independence, free trade for the sake of our economic competitiveness in the global economy, a fairer education system, budget balance, business championing, stronger military, stronger international security and stronger national unity.

We need to move in this direction right here right now and this direction will lead us to a New American Century. In order to get there, we will continue this great work in Kansas, Louisiana, Kentucky and Maine.

Thank you, may God Bless the United States of America.

Marco Rubio's schedule March 2-March 6 2016, Part 1

March 2
-Flight to Wichita, Kansas
-Meet with voters in Wichita, Kansas with Jerry Moran and Sam Brownback
-Manufacturing policy speech at Boeing plant in Wichita, Kansas with Jerry Moran and Sam Brownback
-Fundraising event at the Orpheum Theatre in Wichita, Kansas with Jerry Moran and Sam Brownback
-Rally with voters at Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas with Jerry Moran and Sam Brownback in response to Elizabeth Warren :

So, Senator Warren dared conduct false attacks against me by calling me an extremist. By doing so she called you extremists. She called extremists almost 50 % of the American people.

[Crowd boos]

No wonder that I am the only Republican candidate who can defeat Warren as well Senator Sanders in the General Election, so they are afraid of Marco Rubio and they don't want to face me, but they will have to. Senator Warren, your claims are not only outrageous but also untrue and dishonest. I am not an extremist. We will protect Social Security and Medicare and actually Obamacare that you are supporting has contributed to cuts in Medicare, which is harming seniors. I got to remind you, Senator, that my mother is herself on Medicare and Social Security. I'm against anything that's bad for my mother. Believing in traditional marriage the way I do does not make you a bigot or a hater. It means that you believe that this institution that's been around for millenial is an important cornerstone of society. I respect people that believe differently. But I believe deeply, that marriage should be between one man and one woman. The issue of life is not a political issue. It's a human rights issue and it's a difficult issue, because it puts in conflict two competing rights. There is the right of a woman to choose what to do with her body which is a real right. But there is also the right of an unborn human child to live. And they're in conflict. And as a policy maker, I must choose which one of these two sides takes precedence. And I have chosen to err on the side of life. What is outrageous is that there has been three Democratic debates and Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders were not asked a single question on abortion and they were never asked why they believe that all abortion should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child. For the women who don't want a baby, they can promote adoption instead of killing that baby, which will allow them not to have a child while letting these unborn children to appreciate life. That's how we can find common ground on the abortion issue. And my foreign policy's goal is to defeat extremism and terrorism, because jihadists are the extremists that America is facing. And yet Senator Warren is afraid to use the terms « Islamic extremist terrorism ». Unlike Senator Warren, I know who the enemy is so my leadership will help us to win the war against Islamic extremist terrorism. So shame on you, Elizabeth Warren, for selecting the wrong persons to call extremists.

-Rally with undecided voters at Louisville Slugger Field in Louisville, Kentucky with Mike Pence, Ben Sassee and Adam Kokesh :

Here we are, in Kentucky, the home state of the Leader of the Republican majority in the Senate, my friend Mitch McConnell. Two years ago, after years of economic decline, national division and growing terrorist threat, our party took control of both houses of the Congress and the American people gave us a clear mandate to block Barack Obama's liberal agenda.

[Crowd applauds]

We never hesitate to confront the President, but we also do the hard work of tackling urgent problems head on. And, we delivered on that promise. We put Obamacare repeal on the President's desk, he vetoed it. As President, I will sign it. We passed a bill to finally build a Keystone Pipeline, Obama vetoed it. If I'm elected President, I will sign it in order to boost job creation and to get America to energy independence. We passed a bill to defund Planned Parenthood, Obama vetoed it. I will approve it. After Justice Scalia's death, we pledged that Obama will not fill his seat. This honor will go to me as the next President of the United States and the Supreme Court of the United States will remain conservative. We've already passed the first major education reform in more than a decade, and ended Common Core. We made the first significant reforms to Social Security in three decades. We passed a crucial cybersecurity bill, we imposed sanctions on North Korea and on the international companies and banks that are serving as financial intermediaries to fund North Korea's nuclear arsenal through dollar transaction, we passed the first major highway bill in more than a decade and we passed a bill to combat the scourge of human trafficking. So folks, we have to make sure that both houses of the Congress will remain Republican because if I'm President, we will build on the work we've done and pass more bills into law than ever before, which will boost job creation and restore America's economic prosperity, bring the American people together after years of national division and keep America safe.

Thank you. God bless America.

[Crowd loudly applauds as these undecided voters are now convinced to vote for Marco Rubio on March 5]

-Meet with college voters at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky with Mike Pence, Ben Sassee and Adam Kokesh in an effort to attract young voters
-Meet with voters in Frankfort, Kentucky with Mike Pence, Ben Sassee and Adam Kokesh
-Meet with college voters at Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Kentucky with Mike Pence, Ben Sassee and Adam Kokesh in an effort to attract young voters and African American voters
-Energy policy speech in front of a crowd of undecided voters, including unemployed coal miners, in Frankfort, Kentucky with Mike Pence, Ben Sassee, Adam Kokesh and Harold Hamm :

Since eight years, President Obama and the EPA are pursuing their War on Coal. This administration has imposed taxes and regulations on energy industry, including America's coal industry, which is closing coal mines, killing tens of thousands of American jobs in addition of shipping American jobs as well as American coal plants to China where regulations on coal are lower. As a major coal producer, Kentucky represents a great example of this matter of fact. Our coal miners' livelihood is under attack. We have over 250 years of coal, so it's worth using these sources of energy. If I'm elected President, we will finally put an end to the War on Coal, we will cut taxes and abolish regulations on coal industry, which will bring coal jobs back to America, create more jobs in this sector, help us developing technologies that will produce clean coal and facilitate America's path to energy independence. And to facilitate coal's transportation from mines to markets, we will approve the construction of more coal pipelines. By the way, coal produces renewable energy since it is burned for the production of electricity and heat and is the largest source of energy for the generation of electricity worldwide. So it will also help creating jobs in the electricity industry and give the American people a better access to heat and electricity.

So in the first 100 days of my presidency, we will end the War on Coal in order to boost job creation and to make America energy independent by 2030.

Thank you. God bless America.

Voter 1 : As a foreign policy expert, do you believe Tunisia should become a NATO member due to ISIS' rise in North Africa, especially in Libya?

Marco Rubio : Tunisia would be a terrific and trustworthy NATO ally since it's the country where the Arab Spring had most success because they have a moderate government led by President Beji Caid Essebsi. But whether they want to join NATO, it's the Tunisian people's choice. I believe Tunisia's NATO membership will give NATO a springboard to orchestrate counter-terrorism operations against ISIS in Libya and North Africa, which will make this region safer. Stronger alliances will help us to win the war on terror. United we stand. Divided we fall.

Voter 1 : Thank you Senator. You have my vote.

Voter 2 : Senator Rubio, as we all know, the economy is the most important issue and I learned recently that Singapore has the lowest unemployment rate in the developed world, which is due, notably, to his status as the developed country with the lowest corporate tax rate (17 %). Do you think it would be a good argument in favor of reducing the size of government and to cut taxes and regulations for the people and for business owners?

Marco Rubio : Absolutely. And this country's low corporate tax rate is giving it the upper hand in trade deals and to keep jobs, which explains why they have the lowest unemployment rate among developed countries, which is 1.8 %. The reason why we're losing jobs is because of excessive taxes and regulations and to the fact that we are the nation with the highest corporate tax rate, which is 40 %. So my proposal to reduce it to 20 % will allow us to keep American jobs, to make America competitive in the global economy and to increase our companies' ability to expand, to produce, to manufacture, to sell and to create jobs because our prosperity comes from free market and free enterprise, not the government.

Voter 2 : Thank you. You can now count on me to vote for you tomorrow and on November 8.

Voter 3 : Senator Rubio, I'm looking for a candidate that is willing to show bipartisanship in his leadership. Which of your policies would be bipartisan?

Marco Rubio : Well, on the abortion issue, most of the abortions are made by women who don't want children. But like I said, instead of killing these unborn babies, we can promote adoption, which will allow women who don't want children not to have children while giving these children the chance and the right to live and to appreciate life. On free trade, I said that we can promote free trade and pursue our quest for open markets while protecting our workers and avoid job losses by cutting taxes and regulations for our businesses, including our manufacturing businesses, in order to keep American manufacturing jobs in America and by reducing our corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %. On energy, we can encourage oil drilling and production in order to boost job creation while protecting the environment since my plan includes the use of a part of revenues from oil drilling to invest into the development of renewable energies like solar, wind, electricity, nuclear, etc., which will create jobs and improve our ecological footprint. It will be done through gained money, not borrowed money taken from taxpayers. And finally on gun rights, instead of violating the Second Amendment, we can stop massive shootings by allowing the Attorney General to delay transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists and criminals. That's how I will demonstrate bipartisanship as President of the United States, that's how I will be able to bring Republicans and Democrats on common grounds and to get things done and that's how I will be President for all Americans.

Voter 3 : Thank you, Senator. Now you are my choice for President.

Voter 1 : Senator Rubio, I am concerned about the future of my agribusiness that is about to bankrupt. What is your plan to relaunch America's agriculture?

Marco Rubio : By cutting taxes for businesses, including tractor and seed companies, to help them to innovate and to manufacture more tractors and seeds, which will boost job creation, improve agricultural technologies, ensure America's subsistence, reduce the food prices through the reduction of inflation and reduce Americans' dependence on food stamps, thus reinforcing their purchasing power and giving them more access to food.

Voter 1 : Thanks for the answer. You have my vote.

Voter 2 : Senator Rubio, as you know, automobile manufacturing is among Kentucky's main economic activities just like Michigan, whose primary will be held in three days. What is your plan to relaunch America's automobile industry and to prevent a Detroit-like bankruptcy?
Marco Rubio : What we have to do is to reduce taxes and regulations on our people and our companies, including automobile companies and manufacturing businesses, which will help us to keep manufacturing jobs in America and to make sure that American business owners will keep considering America as the best place to start and expand a business. Since cars function mostly on fossil energy, America's energy independence through increased oil drilling and production will boost America's automobile industry by encouraging the manufacturing of more cars and by reducing oil prices, thus reducing the cost buying American cars, which will encourage consumers here and abroad to buy more American cars than Asian cars, giving us the upper hand in the TPP. My policies will also boost our auto industry by reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, which will make America the best business-friendly environment in the world.

Voter 2 : Thank you, Senator. You got my vote.

Voter 3 : Senator, the coal mine in which I'm working is in danger of being closed while coal is Kentucky's main source of energy. What is your plan to bring coal jobs back in America?

Marco Rubio : Well, first of all, I will put an end to the War on Coal declared by President Obama since the beginning of his presidency. As President, I will cut taxes and regulations on coal industry, thus bringing coal jobs back in the United States, create jobs in this industry, help us developing the necessary technologies to produce clean coal and make America's path to energy independence easier. We will build more coal pipelines in order to facilitate coal's transportation. By encouraging coal production, we will produce more renewable energy it is sometimes used for electricity production, which will also create jobs in the electricity industry and give our people a better access to electricity and heat.

Voter 3 : Thank you, Senator. I will vote for you tonight.
