When I wrote 2016, it was a mispell, so I changed it for 2015.

Marco Rubio's response to Rand Paul

Well Rand, if my my 2013 bill was really amnesty, like you claimed, why is it that this bill included billions of dollars for border enforcement and more border agents? So if it included such measure, then it was aimed at reinforcing our borders.

If I were really for open borders, the Gang of Eight bill wouldn't have been 1,198 pages long while doubling the size of border patrol. So you can invest your whole attacks on my immigration record, but it won't make them true.

And I'm sorry I have to tell you this again. When I'm President of the United States, we're going to hire 20,000 new border agents, finish the 700 miles of fencing and walls our nation needs. We'll have mandatory E-verify, a mandatory entry/exit tracking system and until all of that is in place and all of that is working. That way, we can prove to the people that illegal immigration is under control. We will not allow access to anyone whom we don't know who they are and why they are coming. And we will put a halt on new admissions of refugees from Syria and Iraq to prevent terrorists from coming to the United States.

You can claim that I'm the darling of the establishment, and yet I am endorsed by Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee. So my campaign has shown ability to bring both factions of our party together. And I'm astonished, Rand, that you slammed John McCain and Mitt Romney for their democratic choice. We are a democracy and a republic, so I hope you will respect their democratic choice. McCain and Romney might be from the establishment, but you still supported Romney as the Republican nominee in 2012 for the general election like I did as a proud conservative Republican. Because we are all Republicans and we are all conservatives and we will have to work together to defeat the Democrats on November next year no matter our differences because we will have to be a united party when our nominee will be chosen. That's how we're going to get this country in the right direction.

I think the next turn will start tommorrow at 9 pm since Bernie Sanders and Rand Paul asked for a 24 hour extension.

Marco Rubio's schedule December 9-December 16 2015, Part 1

December 9
-Senate duties in Washington D.C.
-Debate preparation on the plane
-Flight to San Bernardino, California, where Senator Rubio hugs the victims' friends and family members to comfort them
-Speech in San Bernardino, California, denouncing the terrorist attacks committed there :

Last week, America had a dark and sad day. Two radical Islamic terrorists decided that it was America's turn to suffer terrorist attacks and killed 14 of our fellow Americans. They attacked us for defending the values that we cherish since 240 years, which are freedom, democracy, justice, gender equity, freedom of press and freedom of religion. I solemnly condemn these attacks and I'm extending my sympathies for all victims' families.

We've now learned, quickly after this incident, that this woman involved in the shooting pledged allegiance to ISIS on Facebook was inspired to take action and attack and kill fellow Americans.

This is a very dangerous world that we live in. We are facing the transcendent challenge of the 21st century, and that is radical Islamic terrorism. The FBI reported that ISIS is present in all the 50 states. That's why we have to be on our guard against terrorism. We've got to be clear : we are war with ISIS. We are at war with radical, apocalyptic jihadists. And that is why we must defeat ISIS. We will work with all of our energy to defeat radical Islamic terrorism and to restore America's national security and to preserve freedom, justice and peace.

Thank you. God bless all of you. God bless San Bernardino and God bless the United States of America.

-Interview with John Dickerson on Face the Nation

John Dickerson : Today, on Face the Nation, we have the honour to have Florida Senator and Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio to join us for this interview. Good evening Senator.

Marco Rubio : Thank you, John.

John Dickerson : Recently, Vice-President Joe Biden dropped out of the race for the Democratic nomination and endorsed Elizabeth Warren. How do you think Biden's withdrawal will impact the presidential race?

Marco Rubio : Well, first of all we must not underestimate the other Democratic candidates, but I think that Vice-President Biden's withdrawal will facilitate a Republican victory on next November because Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have a lot of similarities on a lot of issues, especially on the economy, social security, healthcare, trade and energy. So Democratic primary voters could feel difficulty in choosing between these two candidates due to their similarities, which, in my opinion, could cause a brokered convention in Philadelphia on next July. And most of the time, political parties who suffered brokered conventions went on to lose the general election. And if Senator Sanders is the Democratic nominee, I think it will anger many supporters of gun control due to his opposition to gun control and will find that his position on this matter is too close to our party's stance, which could result that these supporters of gun control will either stay home on Election Day or change party allegiance, thus helping me to defeat Bernie Sanders.

We are actually living the slowest economic growth America has ever known, but Senator Sanders and Senator Warren want to increase the size of government, to increase taxes on the American people and on businesses and to make us dependent on foreign oil by putting in place further. Their big government policies will hurt the economy. We need to embrace free market, to cut taxes and regulations on our people and our businesses in order to make them competitive and help them to create jobs. America is based on opportunity, fairness and freedom. I understand it because I lived the American Dream as a son of Cuban immigrants and as a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, I will show better credibility and judgement than Warren and Sanders on economic issues and on how to create jobs.

John Dickerson : Senator, due to the recent terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino that killed 114 people in total, terrorism and foreign policy have seem to become the most important issue of the current presidential campaign. Obviously the powers of the Secretary of State seem to have been greatly expanded. The most powerful officer in the United States Department of State. Who do you have in mind to appoint as your Secretary of State?

Marco Rubio : You know, that's a tough question and there's a lot of qualified Americans, and among them Americans who proudly and patriotically served their country for all their lives. So my list of potential Secretaries of State is long, but I think we need a Secretary of State that is honest and trustworthy, unlike Hillary Clinton, and who will make sure that America will lead by leading, not by following like John Kerry is doing.

I like Chuck Hagel, he knows how foreign policy works and understands perfectly the challenges that America is facing on international stage. In addition of having run businesses like Vanguard Cellular and Election Systems & Software, which I think gives him economic credibility for his eventual role of promoting beneficial economic partnerships between the United States and other countries, Chuck Hagel served our country during the Vietnam War. During his career as in the U.S. Senate while representing Nebraska, he has demonstrated strong leadership. He voted in favor of the Chemical and Biological Weapons Threat Reduction Act, which established criminal penalties for possession of chemical or biological weapons and he cosponsored the American Missile Protection Act that deployed an effective National Missile Defense system capable of defending the U.S. against limited ballistic missile attacks. As an advocate of a stronger American leadership and American real action against radical Islamic terrorism, he has proven to have a better foreign policy judgement than Barack Obama because even though he was his Secretary of Defense for two years, he resigned last year because of disagreements with this administration on many foreign policy issues, especially the fight against ISIS. Unlike Barack Obama, I will make the destruction of ISIS one of my first foreign policy priorities.

John Dickerson : Senator Rubio, thank you.

Marco Rubio : That's a great pleasure, John.

-Speech in Manchester, New Hampshire with Kelly Ayotte and John H. Sununu, responding to Elizabeth Warren's accusations :

The day before yesterday, Elizabeth Warren accused our party of being led by fanatics, which means that she called us extremists. If she really thinks that we shifted that far to the right, that means that she's disconnected from reality and is stick to the past. We are in 2015 and almost in 2016, not in 1964 (referring to Barry Goldwater's unsuccessful presidential bid in 1964).

Unlike Senator Warren and her colleagues, we've always put our taxpayers' interests first. Our efforts to defund Obamacare were in the interests of the American people, especially my efforts that saved taxpayers 2.5 billion dollars that would have otherwise bailed out health insurance companies under Obamacare.

In addition, by calling us extremists, Senator Warren not only got it wrong but also called extremists around 45 % of the American people and selected the wrong target. The extremism that America is facing today is radical Islamic terrorism. But neither Senator Warren nor Senator Sanders have the courage to call the enemy by its name which is radical Islamic terrorism. They are promoting more of the same. We will bring real American leadership and we will defeat the extremism represented by radical Islamic terrorism.

We are living in a time of uncertainty in a time we are witnessing the slowest economic growth ever in American history. And Millennials and younger generations are among the main victims of this economic sluggish.

This year in 2015, Millennials in New York City, for example, were reported as earning 20% less than the generation before them, as a result of entering the workforce during the Great Recession. Despite higher college attendance rates than Generation X, many were stuck in low-paid jobs, with the percentage of degree-educated young adults working in low-wage industries rising from 23% to 33% between 2000 and 2014.

Millennials have benefited the least from the economic recovery following the Great Recession as average incomes for this generation have fallen at twice the general adult population's total drop and are likely to be on a path toward lower incomes for at least another decade. Three and a half years after the worst recession since the Great Depression, the earnings and employment gap between those in the under-35 population and their parents and grandparents threatens to unravel the American dream of each generation doing better than the last. The nation's younger workers have benefited least from an economic recovery that has been the most uneven in recent history.

That's why we need to reduce taxes for all the American people, including for young generations, to reform our education system through school choice and, especially for those studying business, to cut taxes and regulations on businesses and to reduce the cost of doing business in America, which will give Millennials a fair chance to find good-paying jobs, to prosper, to raise a family and to live the American Dream. Otherwise, they will inherit a lifetime of debt.

The story of the American Dream is not my story alone. It is our story. We are all but a generation or two removed who made our futures the purpose of their lives. Whether we remain a special country will depend on whether that journey is still possible for those trying to make it now. That is why this election is not just about what laws we will pass. It is a generational choice about what kind of country we will be. It is a choice Americans before us were also called to make. At the turn of the 19th century, industrialization was transforming the world, but that generation of Americans left yesterday behind, harnessed the power of the industrial age, and the 20th century became the American Century.

At midpoint of the 20th century, Americans feared they were falling behind the Soviet Union in space and on the global stage, but that generation turned the page on the past and pursued a New Frontier.

Now our own generation as well as Millennials must choose what kind of country we want to be in this new century. Globalization and massive technological change present us with both great challenges and great opportunities. Like those before us, we must either embrace the future or be left behind by it. Our children, including my four children Daniella, Amanda, Dominick and Anthony, will be either the first generation of Americans to inherit a diminished country or they will be the freest and most prosperous generation ever.

Americans not yet born will write the final verdict on our generation. Let them record that we made the right choice. Let them record that in the early years of this century, faced with a rapidly changing and uncertain world, our generation rose to face the great challenges of our time.

That's why I'm asking for your vote because if you do, we will make history. We will lead America to one of the brightest futures we've ever known and this future will be a New American Century for all Americans.

Thank you. God bless you and God bless America.

Here's what this election must be about : this election must be about the future, not the past. It better be about the issues our nation and the world is facing today, not simply the issues we once faced.

This country is facing an economy that has been radically transformed. You know, the largest retailer in the country and the world today, Amazon, doesn't even own a single store? And these changes have been disruptive. They have changed people's lives. The jobs that once sustained our middle class, they either don't pay enough or they are gone, and we need someone that understands that as our nominee.

If I'm our nominee, how are Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders going to lecture me about living paycheck to paycheck? I was raised paycheck to paycheck. How are they going to lecture me about student loans? I owed over $100,000 just four years ago.

If I'm our nominee, we will be the party of the future.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad
In an effort to win over social conservative voters, especially those living in Iowa and embracing family values (opposition to abortion, marriage between a man and a woman, anti-pornography, etc.), Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad about Rubio's plan to make families stronger for the sake of the American Dream and a prosperous America.

The ad titled « Stronger families » airs in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.

« Strong families » advertisement narration :

Strong families are the core of American greatness : without strong families, America’s strong values will not endure, and the American Dream will disappear. Being raised in a stable home by a mother and a father is an incredible privilege but, unfortunately, one that is increasingly rare.

Too often in recent years, through both economic and social policy, Washington has tried to compete with families rather than support and defend them. Through higher taxes, the government invests a part of families' money to fund Planned Parenthood, which contributed to the murder of many unborn children. All of this has left American families weaker than they once were, and the institutions that teach values and support families, such as churches and civil society groups, are ailing, too.

When I'm President, we will not only defund Planned Parenthood, but we will also reform the Tax Code to treat parents fairly by creating a new $2,500 per child tax credit, to allow working parents to keep more of their money and fix the parent tax penalty, by ending the marriage tax penalty without penalizing homemakers and by encouraging paid leave for new parents, caretakers of ailing loved ones, seriously ill employees, and military families, without harmful mandates, taxes, or costly new entitlements.

We will promote a Marriage Culture by defending traditional American values and the value of marriage and by allowing states to use anti-poverty dollars on programs that fight pornography and recognize marriage’s crucial role in lifting families out of poverty.

When families are strong, America is strong.

I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Marco Rubio's New Year's Video Message live from Concord, New Hampshire

My fellow Americans, we are about to enter one of the most important years in America's history.

I promise you that 2016 will be the beginning of a new morning in America. 2016 will be the beginning of a New American Century. We will see a resurrection of free market and free enterprise, taxes will be reduced for all Americans, which will give them a stronger purchasing power and a fairer chance to live the American Dream and to find good-paying jobs. Businesses will be freed from big government policies and will be once again be able to create jobs. America will take advantage of all of its sources of energy, we will reform our education system in order to make it more accessible for all Americans and we will balance the budget.

2016 will also mark the beginning of a new American leadership. Together, with our allies, we will defeat terrorism and restore peace, freedom and security.

The new upcoming year will decide whether our children will be the first generation of Americans to inherit a diminished country or they will be the freest and most prosperous generation ever. We wish that the latter option, so we must fight to make sure that this bright future will be given to our people, to our generation and all the generations to come. That's why I wish you a Happy New Year 2016.

Thank you. God bless all of you and God bless the United States of America.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad
Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad enumerating all the wrong foreign policy decisions made by the Obama administration, slamming it for selecting the wrong priorities and narrating Marco Rubio's engagement to correct all these mistakes and to fight and defeat radical Islamic terrorism.

The ad titled « Safe » airs in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Nevada, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.

« Safe » advertisement narration :

Barack Obama released terrorists from Guantanamo, and now they're plotting to attack us like they did in San Bernardino.

Instead of fighting to fund our troops in order to fight terrorism, President Obama fights to fund Planned Parenthood.

He spies on Israel and cut a deal with Iran on its nuclear program, which put international peace in danger.

His plan after the attack in San Bernardino : take away our guns instead of focusing on the fight against radical Islamic terrorism.

Enough is enough.

Under President Obama, the world is more dangerous, and America is less safe. We saw it over the last two months in Paris and in San Bernardino.

If I'm elected to serve as Commander-in-Chief, we won't cower in the face of evil. America will lead. America will fight back. America will win. We will rebuild our military. We will kill the terrorists. We will have a foreign policy of moral clarity that is clear whose side we're on. We're on the side of freedom and democracy and those who are willing to fight for their own freedom and democracy. And our enemies and our adversaries will not dare test us because they will know that if they do, they will not prevail.

America needs a real commander-in-chief and a President who will keep us safe. That's why I'm asking for your vote.

I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Marco Rubio's schedule January 1-January 14 2016, Part 1

January 1
-Spend day with family

January 2
-Meet with voters in Manchester, New Hampshire
-Speech ahead of a crowd of undecided voters at West Memorial Field in Manchester, New Hampshire in an effort to win among Independent voters, a group that sounds likely to play an important role in determining the results of the New Hampshire Republican primary like it did in all previous primary campaigns :

One of the main differences between me and my opponents is that I can win in November. I am the Republican candidate who is most likely to defeat Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders.

Like we saw in 1980 and 1984 with the Reagan Democrats, a Republican victory on November partly depends on how well we do among Independent voters. So we have to find common grounds with these voters. I'm the best candidate in this race to attract Independent voters.

Abortion is never good because it contributes to the murder of unborn babies. So we must fight abortion and I believe we should promote adoption instead. Adoption is a clear alternative to abortion because it will allow couples who don't want a baby not to have one without killing him while this baby will earn the chance to live and to be loved.

As President, we will promote energy independence by encouraging oil drilling and oil production here in America and we will use a part of the revenues from oil drilling to develop renewable energies. That way, we can promote oil drilling as well as America's energy independence without hurting the environment. By the way, this is a peaceful way to fight terrorism because America's energy independence will deprive terrorists of the money we're sending overseas by importing oil from oil-producing countries, so it will decrease their ability to prepare terrorist attacks.

Recently, during his State of the Union speech, President Obama called to pass an infrastructure bill, which looks like a good idea. But we actually have a national debt that is almost hitting 20 trillion dollars and more government spending, like the Obama administration is suggesting, means higher taxes to fund these projects, more deficit and a bigger national debt, which is the last thing the American people. If we want to develop our infrastructure, we have to reduce the size of government, to balance the budget and to reduce the deficit, which requires stronger job creation in America because the more jobs we create, the more our economy works, the more we can rise the wages and the more we will be able to reduce the deficit. The reason why the deficit increased is because President Obama is taking on the American people's purchasing power, thus making our economy less dynamic and weakening the middle-class. Because if more people work in a growing economy, they're paying taxes, which will help us reducing the deficit. Here is a clear common sense : we will give a stronger role for the private sector to contribute to the development of America's infrastructures. When we'll balance the budget, we will not only use budget surpluses to help us lowering taxes to reinforce our people's purchasing power and to diminish their fiscal burden but we will also use another part of future budget surpluses to develop infrastructures in order to grow our economy by making our companies more dynamic and more competitive, thus ensuring innovation and further job creation because developing our infrastructures will improve transportation, facilitate economic activities all across the country and make sure that new businesses will be able to implement here in the United States, which will help our  business owners to ensure the expansion of their companies, to prosper, to create jobs, to innovate and to reinforce their competitiveness. We will not do it with borrowed money but with earned money.

Recently, President Obama signed an unconstitutional Executive Order requiring purchased guns to undergo a background check, which is in violation to the Second Amendment. He's obsessed about destroying this element of the legacy of the American Revolution that gave freedom and independence to this great country, freedom defended by our Founding Fathers. This will make our people defenceless against terrorists and criminals. The real problem in this issue is the radical Islamic terrorist threat. We can stop terrorists from getting weapons and from causing massive shootings on the territory of the United States by authorizing the Attorney General to delay transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists. That's how we can stop terrorist attacks in the United States while defending the Second Amendment of the United States as well the right for self-defense against terrorists.

That's why I will be President for all Americans and that's why I'm asking for your support.

Thank you, God bless you all and God bless the United States of America.

-Meet with voters in Keene, New Hampshire with Chris Sununu
-Rally with voters at Alumni Field in Keene, New Hampshire with Chris Sununu
-Speech in Keene, New Hampshire, in reaction to Bernie Sanders' claim about the Republicans' ability to manage the economy :

I watched the Democratic debate between Senator Warren and Senator Sanders. And we all heard Senator Sanders quoting Lyndon B. Johnson claiming that we « simply don't know how to manage the economy. » I totally disagree with that. You saw what happened during the presidency of Ronald Reagan, a Republican considered as one of the most conservative Presidents America ever had? Taxes, government spending as well as regulations were reduced, inflation was reduced from 12.5 % to 4.4 %, America's real GDP enjoyed an average annual growth of 3.4 %, we created 16 million new jobs and the unemployment rate was reduced from 7.5 % to 5.4 %. So claiming that the Republicans don't know how to manage the economy is not knowing history.

Right now, we are witnessing the slowest economic growth in America's history. This is due to Barack Obama's big government policies that increased taxes on the American people and American businesses, made us dependent on foreign oil, made us less competitive in the global economy and increased the deficit. All these anti-free market policies will get America to a new recession. America has the highest corporate tax rate in the developed world and taxes for small businesses that can exceed 45%, which made our businesses less competitive, killed jobs and offshored some of America's businesses overseas. So we need to reduce taxes on businesses to 20 % in order to get businesses growing again and increase their ability to create jobs. Under my presidency, we will put in place a 15 % flat tax in order to reduce our taxpayers' fiscal burden and to grow their purchasing power, we will get America to energy independence by exploiting and producing our own oil reserves, we will reform our education system by promoting school choice and we will balance the budget by cutting government spending and through job creation. That's how we're going to make America prosperous and fair again.

-In reaction to the recent North Korean nuclear test, Senator Marco Rubio and Colorado Senator Cory Gardner co-sponsored a bill called the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 that is aimed at reinforcing diplomatic and economic sanctions on North Korea for pushing ahead with its nuclear weapons program. This bill would also impose sanctions against any individual, company or bank around the world (including a few Chinese firms and banks that support North Korea's nuclear program) that allege support to North Korea's nuclear program and serve as financial intermediaries for dollar transactions to North Korea to help Pyongyang to evade U.N. sanctions and to develop nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction.

The Senate vote on this bill is scheduled to be set on January 13 2016. Should this bill pass in the Senate, the vote in the House of Representatives will be set on January 20 2016.

-Marco Rubio's speech in the U.S. Senate introducing the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016

Today this morning, North Korea has conducted another nuclear test. But this time, it was North Korea's first claimed hydrogen bomb test. Kim Jong-un has become much more dangerous, all the more so that U.S.-based experts have estimated that North Korea may have about 10 bombs, but that could grow to between 20 and 100 in the next four years.

North Korea is one of the greatest threats to our national security.  The regime of Kim Jong-un continues to conduct missile and nuclear tests, proliferate sensitive technology to state sponsors of terrorism like Iran, and has conducted massive cyberattacks against the United States and our allies.

Unfortunately, administrations of both political parties have failed to roll back the threat North Korea poses and have allowed this rogue regime to develop even more dangerous capabilities.  North Korea now has a growing nuclear arsenal and missiles capable of hitting the United States, especially Alaska, Hawaii and the West Coast. Around the world, some companies, especially Chinese companies, are helping North Korea to evade U.N. sanctions and to keep pursuing the development of its nuclear program by transferring materials as well as millions and millions of dollars to the regime of Kim Jong-un, which is funding North Korea's nuclear arsenal and threatening international peace and security by getting us closer to a nuclear disaster.

So in order to stop North Korea from developing its nuclear program and from triggering a nuclear war, the passage of the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 is a first step toward applying more pressure to North Korea and those who do business with this corrupt regime.  I was pleased to work with Senator Cory Gardner to specifically target the industries and companies around the world that North Korea uses to earn hard currency and to strengthen the bill’s provisions related to raising awareness of the plight of the North Korean people and funding activities to promote their human rights.

I urge President Obama to fully implement this bill and to take other steps, such as return North Korea to the state sponsors of terrorism list and make it clear that more belligerent activity by Pyongyang will only result in additional U.S. pressure on the regime’s economic lifelines.

Marco Rubio's response to Elizabeth Warren's accusations :

Senator Warren accused me of wanting « to take us back to the 50s when LGBTQ people didn't have right, minorities were oppressed and women too. » Nothing of what Senator Warren said is true. What I said is that it's not the federal government's role to rule in gay marriage. It's the states' role.

Senator Warren's claim that I am against minorities is absolutely false. I am myself from an ethnic minority group and I am determined in giving ethnic minorities in America the opportunity to live the American Dream. For Americans of Hispanic descent, like me, including those who have ancestors who lived into poverty in Cuba because they were oppressed by the dictatorship of the proletariat imposed by the Castro regime that doesn't believe in free enterprise, you know the strongest issue there is? That is economic empowerment, upward mobility.

My parents worked hard every single day to work to give me and my siblings opportunities that they didn't have. There's only one economic system in the world that is possible and that's the American free enterprise system. And the reason why Republicans are the champions of being defenders of the interests and needs of Americans of Hispanic descent is because the Democrats are trying to dismantle the American free enterprise system, the only system in the world where parents like mine, who work hard and play by the rules, can give their children the opportunities they themselves did not have. So I don't think it's wise, Senator, to lecture a son of working-class immigrants who inherited no money and lived paycheck to paycheck.

I've got to remind you, Senator Warren, that we are the party of Abraham Lincoln that freed African Americans from slavery and at that time your party opposed the abolition of slavery and opposed African Americans' freedom tooth and nail.

Actually, Senator Warren is the one who wants to take us back to the 50s or earlier because she is promoting the same failed economic policies that made America a harder place to do business, made us dependent on foreign energy and decreased our people's purchasing power through higher taxes and regulations, which gave us the weakest economic pace in our history. She seeks to increase the size of government that is already spending trillions of dollars more than it takes in and resulted to more debt than jobs. She is seeking bigger government intervention into healthcare paid for with higher taxes and cuts to Medicare, scores of new rules and regulations. These ideas don't move us forward. These ideas move us backwards.

By the way, Warren lied when she accused me of excluding extremist supremacists out of the definition of the word « terrorist ». Actually, I said that the perpetrators of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, including Timothy McVeigh, are terrorists. I said that Dylan Roof, the perpetrator of the shooting that killed 9 African Americans at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, is a terrorist.

So Senator Warren, you are the one who should be ashamed for deliberately misconstruing my positions and my convictions. And I have no lectures to receive from a person who lied about her Native American ancestry.

-Anti-abortion policy speech in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with Mike Huckabee and Chuck Norris in an effort to win among pro-life voters and evangelical voters :

Roe v. Wade is an a historically, egregiously flawed decision that has condoned the taking of innocent life on a massive scale. I think future generations will look back at this history of our country and call us barbarians for murdering millions of babies who we never gave them a chance to live. That's why I oppose abortion in all cases. And I personally and honestly and deeply believe that all human life is worthy of protection, irrespective of the circumstances in which that human life was created. I personally believe you do not correct one tragedy with a second tragedy (referring to abortions in cases of rape, incest and the life of the mother).

Around the world, many abortions are committed regardless of the children's gender. In China, for example, due to the One-child policy, over 50 % of the population is permitted to have a second child if their first one is a daughter, otherwise any unborn second child would become a new victim of abortion. This is outrageous.

The bottom line is that abortion is not a solution to the problem. It creates more unnecessary problems and only murders unborn children.

When I'm President of the United States, we will fight abortion and promote adoptions. Adoption is the solution to the problem because it will allow couples who don't want a baby or are not ready to have a baby not to have one without killing him. That way, this baby will have the privilege to live and to be loved.

That's how every child, born and unborn, will be protected in law and welcomed into life. That's what the next president must do. And that's how we can lead America to appreciate life.

-Economic policy speech at Greater Des Moines Partnership in Des Moines, Iowa with Mike Huckabee, Chuck Norris and Joni Ernst :

For many years, including today, Forbes Magazine ranked Des Moines among the top 10 of the best places in America to do business. And in 2010 and 2013, this city was ranked at the first place, which means it was described as the best place to do business in the United States.

This is mostly due to strong educational attainment (with 36 % of Des Moines' population who has a college degree and 92 % of this city's population who possesses a high school diploma) and also because energy costs here are 22 % below the national average, the cost of living in Des Moines is 10 % below the national average and business costs here are 18 % below the national average. Economic growth here outpaced the U.S. as a whole by 68 % since 2010. Here is an example of this matter of fact : Des Moines is a major center for the insurance industry and has a sizable financial services and publishing business base. And Des Moines is the headquarters for the Principal Financial Group, Meredith Corp., Ruan Transportation, EMC Insurance, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, MidAmerican Energy Company and Firestone Agricultural Tire Company.

So Des Moines is a great symbol of America's prosperity coming from free enterprise and free market as well as ingenuity, hard-work and entrepreneurship of the American people. Prosperity does not come from big government policies. But unfortunately, over the last eight years, government has got bigger and bigger and is still getting bigger today, which increased taxes and regulations on the American people and on business owners, which weakened our economy, killed jobs and offshored American businesses overseas. We have a 40 % corporate tax rate, which makes the United States the nation with the highest corporate tax rate among developed countries, which makes America a harder place to do business, while Singapore has a 17 % corporate tax rate and South Korea's is at 24 %.

Des Moines represents a great example of the importance of making America the best place in the world to do business, which requires fully utilizing our energy resources, bringing our debt under control, repealing and replacing Obamacare, making higher education faster and easier to access, reducing the cost of doing business in America and cutting taxes and regulations on the American people and on business owners, which will bring a stronger purchasing power to our people and increase our businesses' ability to grow, to expand, to produce, to sell, to hire people and to create jobs. And by reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, we will make American businesses much more competitive in the world economy, which will ensure job creation here in the United States.

These are all things we will do when I become President of the United States. I have the right experience to boost job creation in America and to lead this country to permanent prosperity due to my membership in the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship and in the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation.

That is how we will ensure a new American prosperity in a New American Century.

Thank you. God bless you and God bless America.

Once again, President Obama has proven to be naive when it comes to fight terrorism. He has shown his arrogance when he called us, I quote, « misinformed and out of step with the American people » and questioned our anti-terrorist plans' effectiveness. Mr. President, your anti-terrorist policies did not work by cutting in military budget and in homeland security. That's what resulted to the terrorist attack in San Bernardino. How many Americans must be killed by terrorists before you're convinced that your plan has failed to keep us safe? Folks, we need to rebuild our military, to reinforce our security measures and our alliances. That way, thanks to all the necessary arsenal, we're going to defeat ISIS. Because ISIS may be contained, like the president said, but it must be defeated. That will not happen if Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders are elected. It will happen under a Rubio administration.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among young people, especially Millennials (young voters from age 18 to 36), in the primaries and on the general election, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts a television ad narrating parts of Marco Rubio's speech during a rally at with young voters in order to show the age group raised on imitating things online that Marco Rubio is one of them and gets it.

Since this ad underlines Millennials' social and economic struggles (because Millennials are the generation that benefited the least from the economic recovery following the Great Recession) due to big government policies (such as higher taxes and regulations on the American people) and with America's broken education system, 44-year-old Marco Rubio hopes that younger voters are ready to support, in the fight for the Republican nomination and the presidency of the United States, a candidate their own age who understands their struggles and concerns.

The ad titled « Generational Choice » airs nationwide (in all the 50 states)

« Generational Choice» advertisement narration :

We are living in a time of uncertainty in a time we are witnessing the slowest economic growth ever in American history. And Millennials and younger generations are among the main victims of this economic sluggish.

In 2015, Millennials in New York City were reported as earning 20% less than the generation before them, as a result of entering the workforce during the Great Recession.

That's why we need to reduce taxes for all the American people, including for young generations, to reform our education system through school choice, to cut taxes and regulations on businesses and to reduce the cost of doing business in America, which will give Millennials a fair chance to find good-paying jobs, to prosper, to raise a family and to live the American Dream.

This election is a generational choice because right now our own generation as well as Millennials must choose what kind of country we want to be in this new century. Globalization and massive technological change present us with both great challenges and great opportunities. Like those before us, we must either embrace the future or be left behind by it. Our children will be either the first generation of Americans to inherit a diminished country or they will be the freest and most prosperous generation ever.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among Christian voters, Evangelical voters and social conservative voters, especially those in Iowa and southern states voting on Super Tuesday, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts a television ad about Marco Rubio's beliefs on faith.

The ad titled « Faith » airs in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia

« Faith » advertisement narration :

Our goal is eternity. The ability to live alongside our creator for all time, to accept the free gift of salvation offered to us by Jesus Christ. The struggle on a daily basis as Christians is to remind ourselves of this. The purpose of our life is to cooperate with God's plan. To those whom much has been given, much is expected, and we will be asked to account, for your treasures stored up in life or in heaven. I try to allow that to influence me in everything that I do.

Marco Rubio's response to Rand Paul

Without a no-fly zone in Syria, our fight against ISIS can't progress. Because if there's no no-fly zone there, Assad will remain able to bomb innocent civilians and those we know they are fighting ISIS, especially the Kurds, like they did last month by launching 4 barrel bombs on the Kurdish neighboorhood of Sheikh Maqsood in Aleppo. By bombing these anti-ISIS forces, Assad risks of giving ground to ISIS, which would make a step closer to Syria's transformation into a terrorist heaven. If Syria becomes a terrorist heaven, ISIS will use Syria as a springboard to itensify their terrorists attacks throughout Middle East. They will use Syria as a springboard to prepare terrorist attacks against the United States just like Al Qaida did with Afghanistan when this country was a terrorist heaven when they conducted the terrorist attacks on September 11 2001. That's why we can't allow that to happen. So by putting in place a no-fly zone, we will defeat ISIS through itensified strikes and by supporting the Kurds through arms provisions to them and by allowing them to fight ISIS while making sure they will not be striked by Syrian air forces.

Marco Rubio's reaction to Paul's response

First, we will defeat ISIS, and then we will deal with Assad. Because leaving Assad in place will create the conditions for the next ISIS. We saw such kind of example in Egypt even though we'll have to work with this country to defeat terrorism.

Since the overthrow of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi on July 3, 2013, Egypt has seen shocking levels of repression. On August 14, 2013, it witnessed the worst mass killing in its modern history, with at least 800 killed in mere hours when security forces violently dispersed two pro-Morsi sit-ins in Cairo. From July 2013 to May 2014, over 30 000 people were arrested or detained. This repression that targeted opposition activists made the resort to violence and terror more likely among some Egyptians. So ISIS fighters in Egypt are seizing on the wave of Islamist anger and anti-military sentiment to radicalize and recruit people and intensify their terrorist attacks.

That's a reason why we have to defeat ISIS in Syria and Iraq and then ensure regime change in Syria to stop this insanity and restore freedom, integrity and security and to prevent any ISIS-like terrorist group from emerging through Assad's repressive measures.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among rural voters and farmer communities, especially those in Iowa ahead of the Iowa Republican caucuses (since agriculture is among Iowa's main economic activities), Marco Rubio's campaign broadcasts an ad that describes the Florida Senator's plan to relaunch America's agricultural industry.

The ad titled « Farmers and ranchers for a stronger economy » airs in Iowa, New Hampshire South Carolina, Nevada, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia

« Farmers and ranchers for a stronger economy » advertisement narration :

America’s farmers and ranchers are an important source of our country’s prosperity. Marco Rubio is working to get government out of the way of agriculture so that American farmers and ranchers can build their businesses, compete as exporters, and create jobs. Here is his four-point plan :

First, repealing burdensome regulations on farmers and ranchers. Marco Rubio will undo the Environmental Protection Agency’s Waters of the U.S. Rule, that will dramatically expand federal control over ponds, ditches and streams. Further, he is fighting President Obama’s carbon mandates and excessive application of the Endangered Species Act, which can, when misused, deem huge swathes of productive land off-limits for agriculture or other beneficial development.

Second, permanently ending the punitive death tax. Marco Rubio's comprehensive pro-growth, pro-family tax reform will permanently end the death tax and allow farmers and ranchers to immediately write off the cost of new machinery and equipment. According to the nonpartisan Tax Foundation, the plan would raise wages and boost investment dramatically.

Third, opposing new taxes on energy. As President, Marco Rubio will keep fighting the establishment of a cap-and-trade program or carbon tax, which would act as a new national energy tax on agriculture producers and raise costs for consumers. In addition, he will for other reforms to unleash American energy production and bring down energy costs for farmers.

And finally, curbing overregulation. Farmers and ranchers deal with huge costs imposed by the federal regulations, which interfere in labeling procedures, land use, and more. Marco Rubio has proposed a National Regulatory Budget that will cap the costs federal regulations can impose on the economy, including a limit for each individual agency. This will prevent regulators from imposing costly new rules on the agriculture sector at a whim, and give Congress the ability to rein in regulators.

Marco Rubio's proven leadership when it comes to fighting for farmers and ranchers will help them to recover, to grow and to prosper. When farmers and ranchers win, America wins.

-Speech in reaction to Stephen Pearcy's comments on Iran :

You know, during a town-hall meeting with Anderson Cooper, Stephen Pearcy accused me of wanting to go to war with Iran. These claims are wrong. I want to stop a war with Iran from being triggered, which requires making sure that Iran never gets nuclear weapons. No wonder that Mr. Pearcy knows absolutely nothing about foreign policy, it explains why he doesn't understand anything about my foreign policy agenda. My plan to stop Iran from becoming a military nuclear power is to strengthen our alliances with our allies in the Middle East and in the Indian Subcontinent to increase pressure on Iran and to restore sanctions in order the Iranian government from taking the necessary money from the lifting of the sanctions to develop nuclear weapons. Iran will be sanctioned unless its government uses this country's nuclear energy for Iran's economic growth and not for the development of nuclear weapons.

So Mr. Pearcy, before misconstruing my agenda, I recommend you to read carefully on my website marcorubioforpresident.com and you will see that my plan is to promote peace through strength. Because peace through strength is exactly what helped America to win the Cold War under Ronald Reagan. If it worked, it can work again.

-Speech in Urbandale, Iowa with Joni Ernst :

Today, we are on January 20th 2016, exactly one year before the end of Barack Obama's presidency and the inauguration of the next President of the United States. This will be the end of eight years of increasing national insecurity through growing terrorist threat, of stagnant economy and national division. When I'll become President of the United States one year from now on January 20th 2017, we will see the beginning of a New American Century. We will make America prosperous by promoting free enterprise and free market and we will make America safe through a stronger military and stronger alliances, which will help us to defeat radical Islamic terrorism.

In less than two weeks, Iowa will be, as usual, the first state to vote to decide who will be our nominee. That's why I'm asking for your vote because if I'm our nominee, we will unite and grow our party, defeat Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders, bring this country back and make our children the most prosperous generation of Americans that ever lived. That's the pledge I will make when I'll put my left hand on the Bible while rising my right hand, solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and will with the best of my ability preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and say « So help me God ».

Thank you. God bless Iowa and God bless the United States of America.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad

In an effort to win among pro-life voters and social conservative voters, an important group of voters in Iowa that are likely to determine the results of the Iowa Republican caucuses, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad about Marco Rubio's vision in opposition to abortion and in favor of life.

The ad titled « Life » airs in Iowa and South Carolina

« Life » advertisement narration :

For me, the issue of abortion and life is not a political issue, it's a human rights issue.

I will look for ways to limit the number of abortions in this country, particularly those late term abortions, where children who are viable outside the womb are still being killed.

If I have to make a choice, I am going to choose life. It's not because I want to tell anybody what to do with their body or their lives but because I believe one of the fundamental rights given to us by our creator is the right to live.

I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.
