AN ACT
To provide funding for a feasibility study into the implementation of HSR in Lincoln.

i. Title and Defenitions
This act shall be offically called the Lincoln Feasibility Study Act, 2017. In this bill, HSR shall refer to the term High Speed Rail.

ii. Allocation of funding
At the signing of this bill by the Governor, 30 million (30,000,000) Dollars shall be allocated to a future feasibility study into HSR, including, but not limited to, routing of lines, speeds of the line, possible expansion into other regions, etc.

iii. Implementation
The finds shall be provided for within the November/December budget, depending on the balance of the Region's budget.
