Right bear arms is an unassailable right.
Disagree.  It is a right, but like many rights (i.e. freedom of speech), there should be common sense limitations.

Oppose restrictions on the right to bear arms.
See above.

Loosen restrictions on interstate gun purchases.
Disagree.

Allow veterans to register unlicensed guns.
Disagree.

Recognize heritage of hunting and shooting on federal lands.
Agree.

No background checks at gun shows.
Disagree.

More penalties for gun violations.
Agree.

Guns don't have to be sold with trigger locks.
Disagree.

Prohibition remains on suing gun manufacturers and sellers for gun misuse.
Agree.

Ban on gun registration and trigger lock law in Washington D.C.
That's up to Washington, D.C.

No permit needed to -purchase a firearm or assault weapon.
Disagree.

Disagree.

Allow for open carry outside of cities with exception of legal officials.
What do you mean "with the exception of legal officials?"

Require permits to carry on a shall issue basis.
Sure.

Require 12 hour training class before allowing open carry.
Agree.  If we require training courses for driving, I see no reason why we shouldn't require the same for owning guns.

One day waiting period for purchase of a firearm as opposed to 3 days.
I don't really understand the purpose of waiting periods.  There should, of course, be time for officials to conduct background checks.

Magazines holding more than 31 rounds considered as automatic firearms.
Okay.

Guns must be kept in a locker room at courthouses.
Why would you bring a gun to a courthouse?

No guns on or near schools and churches.
Agree.

Maintain current hunting laws to protect hunted species from going extinct.
Agree.

Firearms in Vehicles:

1. In a closed package, box, or case.
That should be acceptable.

2. In a compartment that can only be reached by leaving the vehicle.
Not sure how that would work.

3. In plain sight and secured in a rack or holder.
Agree.

4. Must be unloaded.
What's the point of having a gun in the car if it's unloaded?  Unless you're (legally) transporting one...
