One of those Democrats who always seemed to have a fairly large following here for reasons I don't quite understand - particularly given his support for the Vietnam War and overall hawkish foreign policy philosophy that directly influenced Bush-era neocons like Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle.

Strong HP for that reason.
