Pretty simple. A previous poll I did seemed to have a consensus that the Democratic Left would be in a much stornger position come 2020. But who could lead the lefties and rally them around their candidacy?

This is assuming Bernie doesn't run again, of course, because he'd be the frontrunner almost by default.

Warren has ties to Wall-street and will be eaten up as a socialist.

Please Gabbard.

Dream ticket: Gabbard/Wyden

While Gabbard would be the best choice, remember that she doesn't have a blind hatred for all things Russian.
Why would I despise her for that?

Because Democrats are just blindly blaming Russia, like they've done all year, for Hillary's defeat. Personally, I think it's just red-baiting. Hillary is responsible for Hillary's  defeat. Namely because she repeatedly gave Bernie's wing the middle finger and ran a campaign relying on PC outrage.

And I don't think that the anti-free trade Gabbard would nominate a pro-free trade candidate like Wyden for VP, not when Oregon's basially a lock for the Democrats. She'd be better off picking someone like Sherrod Brown or even Russ Feingold.

Harris has no major legislative experience. She got nothing done. She is a 1 time Senator. On what basis will she run? Being AG of CA? She is soft on TPP!

Another CA elite with identity politics? Good luck trying that in WI.

I think whoever Bernie endorses will have a huge advantage since Bernie will probably campaign for that candidate as well. If Bernie endorses Warren, then she could unite most sections..

Even soft opposition to the TPP wins points with the Bernie crowd.
