If we go into Iraq: Gore wins.

If we don't go into Iraq: Repeat of 2000/tossup. Basically, the same people that voted for Gore in 2000 would vote Gore and the same people that voted for Bush in 2000 would have voted Bush. Slightly lower turnout, probably around 48%.
