Between this and Kuster's unexpected strength in NH-2, I'm surprised OH-1 was written off as early as it was. I know the reasoning, but it does seem as if Republican congressmen making a comeback face some incumbency issues.
 

Steve Pearce will probably win, but he's had a much tougher time than he should've against Teague.
