DWTL's reasoning is clearly flawed, and I do not see a need to define sexual orientation, which is a well understood term in common parlance that the former Senator is attempting to warp beyond their traditional meaning. We might also want to define adoption as not including kidnapping, but to do so would be frivolous.
My reasoning is not flawed, the current legislation leaves the door open for possiblities I would not put pass the current senate to legalize
With all due respect, Mr. Former Senator, insulting the current body will hardly grant you any favors, as I have learned in the past. Your logic is simply flawed, as already said, and your looking for loopholes in an attempt to reverse the current trend towards homosexuality acceptance will not pass here in this session, of that I am sure.
