Coming from a resident of CT, he is unquestionably the worst governor in the nation.  Jerry Bat-Crazy Brown could give him a run for his money, but even Brown would've at least tried to keep GE in the state.  Neither Malloy or the state Democrats took them seriously when they threatened to leave...."oh, that's just talk, they're not serious".  Now they're a MA company....thanks Dan!
