At the moment, I'm leaning towards being in support of them.  Say what you will, it was a very Reagan-like response....which I think is a good thing.  Peace through strength.

Can't believe I'm agreeing with Klartext and Pete.

as long as your reasoning is not "MUH, all islamists but my lovely, beautiful, flawless crypto-secular genocidial autocrat of choice".

Nope. It's "muh disgusting regime change hyper-aggressive U.S. foreign policy destroying our economy, killing our soldiers, and creating even more problems for us in the Middle East."

So Arch, let me ask you this....what would happen if we were to do nothing? I'll tell you....it would be highly likely that Assad would launch another chemical attack.  It's the schoolyard bully mentality....as long as we continue to do nothing, they will become bolder, and launch deadlier and deadlier attacks.

Assad (not to mention ISIS) wants to see how much he can get away with before we take action.  That's why I get so distressed at our inaction over ISIS. If we continue to do nothing but condemn terrorists with mere words, their chaos and terror will spread, and attacks like the one in Stockholm today will continue.  We've got to do something, and do it now.

That's one dingbat commentator, not everyone on the right.  Stop making broad generalizations.
