At this rate May is going to finish at the bottom of my list (just a few months ago she was at the top of it, I thought she'd be the best PM since Thatcher, but she's hopelessly incompetant), but as of today I'd say:

1. David Cameron (if he's top it's that the others are bad)
2. Theresa May
3. Tony Blair
4. Gordon Brown

This being said though, my favorite PM in my lifetime is John Major (he was Prime Minister when I was born) (I actually think he's a good guy and he had to deal with a difficult situation, but still, if he's top, it's because the others are bad)
