I am actually on a forum with quite a few of these type of voters, and they say they view Arpaio as a joke and that he isn't as anti-illegal as people say. Let's face it, the vast majority of Arizonans voted for Trump as a vote against amnesty.

Although to me (a Californian) he does seem tough. Also they view him as corrupt and doesn't get anything done.

I'll ask later.
