The titles always exaggerate and hyperbolize what was said.

Yes, he's the most vulnerable Pub in the House, unless Guinta somehow runs for re-election and secures the nomination. I suspect the next most vulnerable, with no knowledge of how might be running, is my own CD, NY-19, which is open, assuming Hillary is at the top of the ticket. One thing moving the CD more Dem, is that a court case in NY held that voters could vote where their second vacation home is located, and thus a lot of NY metro area folks, mostly liberal, because they like the art scene, and the gay scene, and the back to nature organic scene,  and so forth, are voting up here now in large numbers, in part because where they live, for district based races, there is nothing that is competitive.
