How much freedom do the major Euro nations have individually when it comes to economic policy? I would suggest that it is close to none. So why is it relevant what Hollande thinks on economic matters? Indeed is the prime minister in France a socialist? If not, than Hollande is  really impotent on domestic policy. He has about much power on that front as I do. It's just chat. French foreign policy matters more, and on that Hollande has more influence, and to the extent Obama is farther left on foreign policy, when it comes to what matters. Indeed from that perspective,  Obama is farther left on both foreign and domestic policies, because his views on both fronts actually have more influence. Wrong again BRTD!  Tongue
