What will be the first House seat called as a Dem pickup?

Correct, assuming the hour head start in Indiana is enough to beat out the super fast counting in Kentucky. If not, than maybe Northrup if the polls are accurate.

IN-08 or KY-03 seem the safest bets.

No results will be reported from split time states until all polls close this time. No more Florida panhandle thingies. But I think Indiana closes state wide 6 pm EST, and Kentucky 7 pm. But I could be wrong.

It's kind of weird thinking that Kentucky will most likely have a Jewish congressman. Kentucky just isn't the type of state I think of for Jews. But if Yarmuth wins, it'll have exactly that.

Same with Wyoming. The guy running against Cubin is a Jew. Wyoming's only congressman a Democratic Jew, try wrapping your mind around that.

What do you think about mostly Baptist suburban Richmond, Virginia, with a few odd Catholic exotics,  electing a Jewish congressperson? Do you think that is possible?
