I oppose repealing any of this legislation. $50 million by the way, is just jar money. It's nothing.

What does "therapeutic cloning" mean?  And what is the objection to using funds for research on embryonic stem cells? Surely it is not that they are human, and thus we are committing homicide I would hope.
