W/ SOURCES: Politically, Cena has endorsed Republican Connecticut Senate candidate Linda McMahon and advocated for the deportation of Obama's aunt–who is allegedly in the U.S. illegally. So, he's probably a Republican.

Just a ?: 427 votes were cast; 50%+1 is necessary to win, but 1/2-votes are a thing... so why was 214.5 needed to win on the 1st ballot instead of 214, which was the lowest possibly-achievable number of votes greater than 50% (considering 1/2 of 427 is 213.5, & if 1/2-votes are a thing, then 214 should be considered the minimum necessary to win, rather than 214.5)??
