We can only hope the French people don't make the same moronic mistake.

Putin and his fascist lackeys are the greatest threat to Western liberal democracy.

-Nope. That's refusal to obey the will of the people. Putin has an 80% approval rating. The courts, therefore, are always the greatest threat to Western liberal democracy.

Was the pre-switch in time Hughes Court a greater threat to Western liberal democracy than Hitler?

-Of course. Hitler lost. The Progressives at the time were insistent that judicial decisions should be able to be overriden by Congress. I'm not sure I would go that far, but I am certainly against activist judges and in favor of Congress stripping jurisdiction from the courts on certain issues.

The level of hypocrisy from Trump/Republicans on Petraeus makes me dizzy. It shows just how little they actually cared about Hillary's email server, and how all of their election season drama was nothing but raw partisan politics. Not to say that it is surprising or needed confirmation, though.

-I'm #NeverPetraeus.
