Well I assume she was wearing a sports bra in the first one. I met her and her breasts seemed pretty nice.
This was from the event I was at and her breasts look about the same size as they do in the second picture:
Not saying she couldn't have gotten it done, but I think those pictures show extremes, and the fact that she was wearing a tight white tshirt that was cut in a way to show off her breasts doesn't convince me she had surgery.
