srsly? Even though only about 11% of Mississippi whites are Democrats, that's still a couple of hundred thousand people. Similarly, around 10% of Black Americans are Republicans, and when one considers that Blacks are about 13% of the population, that means:
.10*.13*300 million = about 4 million Black Republicans, which is more people than many countries have.
