Biden didn't sue to keep Trump off the ballot.  In Colorado at least, it was a group of Republican voters.
Easy to find a handful of people in any camp with tens of millions of members to support whatever ridiculous cause you want. The case was bankrolled and directed by liberal activists.

Regardless, Biden's DOJ is clearly targeting Trump

The DOJ tends to target criminals, yes.
