And people forget, the only reason why Hillary Clinton gets so much attention as a woman politician is that she's the one who made it the furthest. If she's such a bad politician, why is this the case? Surely there must have been other women in Hillary's generation who were more talent, charismatic, and batter politicians, if Hillary really is so bad? So why didn't they make it further? People who allege that sexism hasn't been the deciding factor can't answer that question. Hillary, for all her faults, learned how to navigate the sexist system better than any of her generation and her fall is proof to her whole generation that they were screwed from the get-go and still are.
Let's not be delusional. What other women politicians were married to a popular president? She didn't exactly have the path to nomination carved out for her TWICE because she was just that extraordinary.
