Is there a limit on how many Representatives a U.S. state can send to the House?

I'm asking because this interactive website doesn't allow more than 60 Representative for each state.
If there isn't a limit, that website sucks. 😠

The only hard limit is no more than 1 per 30,000 people, which means California can't have more than 1,317 Representatives if you use the 2017 estimates.  But that website isn't intended to explore anything other than population changes among the 50 states, for which a limit of 60 is reasonable.

Huntington-Hill isn't to bad to figure out tho.

I guess that law stemmed from a time when no one could believe that the number of inhabitants of the US would exceed 10 million...
