Opinion of Curfew Laws

Useful if security concerns are real concerns.

Hopefully you all live in peaceful enough communities where you have never experienced the need for curfews. In places that are wracked by violence and you do not feel safe at night, having a curfew is indeed an effective security mechanism.

Security is among the most basic concern of a state, so if curfews are necessary to impose that, so be it.

If you're looking at it from the perspective of a teenager in a parking lot drinking beers cause you can't get into a bar you think "FK DA POLICE", of course.
