People are underestimating exactly how many people see gun control as a HUGE plus. Right or wrong, TONS of people think anyone who would even want to own a gun is a complete nut, and anyone who would advocate letting everyone own a gun is just asking for a bloodbath.

Problem is, those people would NEVER vote Republican, so the Dems can do whatever they want on guncontrol without worrying about losing those voters. As long as some Dems are vocal about it when they need to be, they're on lockdown.

Oh and the 100 million plus murdered by the State in the 20th century under gun control regimes doesn't count as a bloodbath? lol.

I'm talking about what people think, not what reality is. When watches the evening news and hears about murders, that's what their mind focuses on.
