You seem convinced that Trump is going to get over 10% of the Black vote. Blacks are the most inelastic voters in the country and Trump has done nothing to appeal to them.

No, you didn't. Trump is not getting 15% much less 32-36% of the Black vote.

Pretty sure he meant the year 2032 or 2036 and not actually suggesting a percentage of the black vote Trump could win.

He's saying he will be surprised if Trump doesn't get at least 10% of the Black vote. He estimates that Trump will get 32-36% .

No, I said 2032 or 2036 if not 2020. I personally think Trump will get around 12% but I could see as high as 16%
