This is the Spain we should have seen two games ago.

Too little, too late.

Get over it ...

Well done, Costa Rica.

Just got another 50€ because of the England tie.

While my tipping scores on here are medium, the WC is pretty good for me moneywise so far.

Won already 300€ so far ... Smiley

Does anyone actually think the US can beat Germany in their game ?

WilliamHill offers a quota of 1:11 for a US win and I'm seriously thinking about investing 50 or 100€ on a US win ... Tongue

According to FIFA's Dental Impression Technology, the Suarez-case was able to be solved:

FIFA has now ordered Suarez to wear the following in the next 10 matches:

The Red Card for Italy was clearly way too hard for this action.

A yellow would have been ok as well.

^^^

100.000 Francs for Suarez is like me paying 10€ ... Tongue

And they should have banned the sucker for at least a year.

Exceptions for those doing the hardest labour - as well as for hugely pregnant women - are as old as Ramadan. Of course, many athletes do fast anyways (their right to do so has been the subject of labor litigation in Germany, btw.)

Does playing a WC match not count as "hard labour" ?

It would be nice to see an outsider winning the WC this year and Colombia is certainly in good shape to do so ... Wink

I think if you asked 10 referees, about 6-8 of them would have given the penalty ...

NGA. Which is a good thing given that they might have played GER next. Tongue

It was fun while it lasted.

Yeah, now France might as well score another goal so I can get full points ... Tongue

France-Germany should be a glorious game.

France-Algeria maybe even more so.

The first half in GER vs. ALG was one of the sh*ttiest football showings from GER I have ever seen.

And I have seen the Austrians play, so that means something ... Tongue

But as expected, the Germans with their stupid luck emerged once again as winners, despite ALG really earning the win.

Manuel Neuer was basically the only good German player on the field through the game, while the others looked like they smoked something really good before the game.

LOL:

The Pope (an Argentinian) watches the match with the Swiss Guard.
