Does anybody know when the Virgina results will be officially announced?
From what I've read, there are only some 4.000 provisional ballots left to count in VA and Warner is ahead by 17.000 right now. The result should be more or less final.
Yeah, the votes will be certified by the end of November.
If Warner's margin is still within 1% by then (which is likely), Gillespie can request a recount.
If the margin would even decrease to within 0.5% (which is unlikely), then VA has to pay for that recount if he requests one.
