Well, he can't run in the primary. It'd be a complete waste of time and money. He could run as an independent in the general but he'd run into a few problems there too.

1. Nobody cares about him at all outside of Indiana.
2. Nobody would be likely to ever care about him because he is about as fascinating as a cardboard box.
3. He just sucks.
