I have disagreements with Jim DeMint, but how exactly is he "everything wrong with the GOP and politics in this country"? There's no logic behind such a statement. You may personally dislike him, but don't confuse that with what's actually going on.

I don't see how he could be wrong about something that subjective.

Why is DeMint only at 56%?  If I were him, I'd be worried right now; those aren't strong numbers.

Yeah, I'd actually be expecting to see him break 60% in this situation.

Blacks could very well prevent that from happening. They're probably just starting to pay attention to the race for the most part. The surge is coming.

I was actually joking, but yeah, that may end up being the case.  I don't expect high black turnout, though.

I was only half-serious in my language too but certainly the blacks will only allow DeMint to go so high.
