I wouldn't be surprised if Richardson is selected as Secretary of State in an Obama or Clinton Administration. He won't be considered as a potential running mate for either Obama or Clinton, why would they select two minorities on the same ticket? Though saying that I would love to see an Obama/Richardson ticket. But it won't happen Sad.
