Are they actively trying to deliver the state to Biden?

The stakes are still clear, even without the ban taking place. Add the recent indictments of the fake electors, and Arizona still looks like a microcosm lf all the issues that are relevant in this campaign year.

So what has changed in the past few weeks causing the ban repeal to pass? Back then, there was a House speak dead-set against repealing it and religious nuts praying on the Senate floor.

They realized if the ban wasn't repealed that they would be screwed in November.

They still might be, just given that it almost happened and there is likely a referendum in November.
