Not likely for the foreign posters, for a number of reasons.  Very likely for most of the US posters.  In fact, all voters who live in states with modified open primaries or closed primaries or caucuses are likely to switch parties, especially if they are in competitive states.  For example, I have switched parties multiple times.  So many I don't care to try to count.  Generally, I am unaffiliated, as are a plurality of American voters, in fact:

but I sometimes register as a Democrat or Republican for specific purposes.  I registered as a Republican in 2008 and in 2012 to vote for Ron Paul in the Iowa Caucus, for example, both times switching back to unaffiliated after the caucus.  Now that I live in Pennsylvania, I have mostly been an unaffiliated voter, but I did register as a Republican briefly last year, and just last month I changed my registration to Democrat ahead of the upcoming May 20 primary elections, specifically because I want to vote for Tom Wolf for governor.

I don't wear a shield, of course, because I'd be changing its color often, and it'd be misleading anyway because my sympathies are not loyal to any particular faction, but at the moment I am, technically, a Democrat.  Shortly after May 20 I'll go back to being unaffiliated.

Highly likely since he switched just a month ago to vote in the Democratic primary.  Cheesy

Out of the closet now, I suppose.

It's only for a couple of months, grampa.  Tongue

Oh, highly likely for you as well, since you live in a state with a closed primary.  Maybe not to unseat Corbett, but there will come a time...
