My apologies again for the delay. I was hoping that I would be hope earlier yesterday, but because of some nasty storms I hit major traffic, and didn’t get back to Houston until almost 9pm. I will do my best to answer your questions, with the time I have.
Andrew, which diplomatic relationship do you think is Atlasia’s most important? As ambassador, how would you strengthen this relationship with the country involved?
And a broader question—what do you think your general approach will be to your duties as ambassador?
I think the more important diplomatic relationship we have right now is with Isreal. In all my years in Atlasia, I believe that Isreal has been one of, if not our strongest ally, and I believe that we need to ensure the friendship, and the safety of the State of Isreal. As for my approach, I believe that it would be one of peace. Of course, we all know that we don’t see eye to eye with many in this world, and many don’t like us. As ambassador, I would first reach to more of our hostile relationship nations with the intentions on building friendships, before going down dark roads that lead to war. I know it will not be easy, but it’s a road that can save Atlasia money, as well as many nations lives.
Pardon in advance, Andrew, if you've been asked this before or have already been clear on the matter: what is your stance on Iran?
Iran has always been a tricky one. I think this is one of the few nations that have not been very corporative with us, and with that, we need to keep a very close eye on. I would hope that we can reach some form of diplomatic resolutions to ensure the safety of both of our nations, but I will not hold my breath on that.
