I associate with Senator Lief's opinion; I too believe this is a good idea.
Would information on these points come in your imagination from the GM, or through research using real-life data?

Personally, I would prefer it to be RL evidence-based. So no, I don't feel this is a responsibility for the GM.

Is it practical for the Senate to empanel ah a panel within 48 hours?

Considering it will be made up of Senators... it shouldn't be that difficult.

Well, obviously that wasn't an issue when I wrote the Bill. I think it should be down to personal nomination. If there's more than 3 nominate... then there could be a ballot.

How about we say by the end of the month?
