This is the kind of thing an active GM could help with. Nobody has any idea what's been going on. It's pretty obvious that nobody thought about Tricare and just assumed everyone moved over to the new insurance regime...
But now we're debating whether just rectifying the mistake is worthwhile because it's been 4 years....
Just pass the simple amendment and we can pretend we never made this mistake in the first place.
