Chilly winter nights under the reflective glow of urban light pollution makes you feel cozier.  These nights also tend to be milder than clear ones so theyre nice for being out in the evening.

This is more or less to what brtd is referring... The urban light glow reflected both off the coouds and the snow.



The snow muffles sound so everything feels closer in...in a cozy way.  Its hard to explain.
