For all the speculation I see on this board I think people are forgetting one obvious candidate who should be mentioned in this context. One that I think can repeat the sort of comprehensive victory that Obama obtained in 2008. It would be interesting wouldn't it, if people could just get around to figuring out who is it. Anybody?

Some good guesses but it's not Bayh, Engle, Ford, Brownback or Rendell. But ShadowOfTheWave was closest.
