(Which makes you wonder - are core Republicans, the kind of people who vote in primaries, perhaps a less racist group than Republican leaners? Would hardly be the first sign of that...)

Of course he will. He's already done it.

He might not, if his vote made a difference. I am not saying that will be the case, I am saying "might."
